Em atendimento ao disposto no art. 75 da Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/21 e \u00e0s regras estabelecidas no Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e seus anexos, procedeu-se ao julgamento das propostas apresentadas, adotando-se como crit\u00e9rio de julgamento o\u00a0MENOR PRE\u00c7O GLOBAL<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Na sequ\u00eancia, verificadas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, passou-se \u00e0 an\u00e1lise da proposta classificada em\u00a01\u00ba (primeiro) lugar<\/b>, quanto \u00e0 sua adequa\u00e7\u00e3o ao objeto e \u00e0 compatibilidade do pre\u00e7o ofertado com o valor m\u00e1ximo admitido para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Da an\u00e1lise, constatou-se que a proposta apresentada pela empresa\u00a0DIGITAL BRASIL SEGURAN\u00c7A DA INFORMA\u00c7\u00c3O LTDA,\u00a0<\/b>inscrita no CNPJ n\u00b0 38.597.881\/0001-42, classificada em 1\u00ba lugar, atendeu integralmente \u00e0s exig\u00eancias do Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e de seus anexos, encontra-se em conformidade com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas do objeto e apresenta pre\u00e7o compat\u00edvel e exequ\u00edvel, raz\u00e3o pela qual \u00e9\u00a0JULGADA CLASSIFICADA<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Registra-se que, nos termos do Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o, caso a empresa que apresentou o menor pre\u00e7o global venha a ser desclassificada ou inabilitada (fase seguinte), por qualquer das hip\u00f3teses previstas no instrumento convocat\u00f3rio, ser\u00e1 procedida a an\u00e1lise da proposta subsequente, observando-se rigorosamente a ordem de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida, at\u00e9 a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de proposta v\u00e1lida e apta \u00e0 contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

OBJETO: CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O de EMPRESA PARA FORNECIMENTO DE CERTIFICADO DIGITAL PESSOA JUR\u00cdDICA (e-CNPJ A1) para atender as necessidades do FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES PREVLAJES, no exerc\u00edcio 2026.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas, e em observ\u00e2ncia ao disposto no art. 62 e seguintes da Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/21, bem como ao Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e seus anexos, procede \u00e0 an\u00e1lise da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelas empresas para fins de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A empresa\u00a0DIGITAL BRASIL SEGURAN\u00c7A DA INFORMA\u00c7\u00c3O LTDA,\u00a0<\/b>CNPJ: 38.597.881\/0001-42,\u00a0<\/b>n\u00e3o apresentou a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o exigida, em desacordo com o disposto no\u00a0item 5.2<\/b>\u00a0do Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o, o qual estabelece a obrigatoriedade de envio da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o completa nos termos ali previstos. Assim, diante do descumprimento das exig\u00eancias expressamente estabelecidas no instrumento convocat\u00f3rio, e em conformidade com o\u00a0item 9.1<\/b>\u00a0do Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa \u00e9 declarada\u00a0INABILITADA<\/b>\u00a0no presente procedimento;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A empresa\u00a0PIN TECNOLOGIA E SERVI\u00c7OS LTDA<\/b>, CNPJ: 41.338.769\/0001-00, apresentou toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o exigida, atendendo aos requisitos legais e edital\u00edcios, sendo, portanto, considerada\u00a0HABILITADA<\/b>\u00a0para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O julgamento fundamentou-se na\u00a0verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da regularidade jur\u00eddica, fiscal e trabalhista<\/b>\u00a0conforme termo de refer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ressalta-se que, inicialmente, a an\u00e1lise de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o recaiu sobre a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pela primeira empresa classificada no certame, em estrita observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0 ordem de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida no procedimento. Diante da inabilita\u00e7\u00e3o da referida empresa, procedeu-se, de forma sucessiva e conforme previsto no Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e na Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/2021, \u00e0 convoca\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas subsequentes, respeitando-se rigorosamente a ordem classificat\u00f3ria, o que efetivamente ocorreu no presente caso, at\u00e9 a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa que atendesse integralmente \u00e0s exig\u00eancias habilitat\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, e de conformidade com o Decreto N\u00ba.004, de 29 de janeiro de 2025;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1007 de 08 de janeiro de 2025.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001, de 25 de setembro de 1997.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Conceder\u00a01\/2 (meia) di\u00e1ria ao servidor MARCOS ANTONIO NUNES,\u00a0<\/b>Presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente de Lajes\/RN, no valor\u00a0<\/b>de\u00a0R$ 175,00 (cento e setenta e cinco reais),\u00a0<\/b>destinada ao custeio de despesas com deslocamento e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>A concess\u00e3o da di\u00e1ria tem por finalidade viabilizar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do referido servidor no Ciclo 2025\/2026 da Casa dos Conselhos RN, a ser realizado no dia 09 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, na cidade de Natal\/RN.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>A despesa decorrente desta Portaria correr\u00e1 por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias consignadas no or\u00e7amento vigente.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no inciso II, artigo 75, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

DISPENSAR licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Com fundamento no\u00a0Art. 75, II, da Lei federal 14.133\/21, o<\/b>\u00a0seguinte objeto:\u00a0AQUISI\u00c7\u00c3O DE MATERIAIS ESPORTIVOS, TROF\u00c9US, MEDALHAS E DEMAIS ITENS DE APOIO, DESTINADOS A ATENDER \u00c0S NECESSIDADES E DEMANDAS DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE JUVENTUDE, ESPORTE E TURISMO (SEJET) NA EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DAS ATIVIDADES, PROJETOS, COMPETI\u00c7\u00d5ES E EVENTOS ESPORTIVOS PREVISTOS NO CALEND\u00c1RIO ESPORTIVO E DE EVENTOS DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN PARA O EXERC\u00cdCIO DE 2026, ASSEGURANDO A QUALIDADE, A SEGURAN\u00c7A, A EFICI\u00caNCIA OPERACIONAL E A ADEQUADA EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DAS A\u00c7\u00d5ES ESPORTIVAS, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES ESTABELECIDAS NO TERMO DE REFER\u00caNCIA.,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a0MARIA DE F\u00c1TIMA ARA\u00daJO SILVA ME, CNPJ n\u00ba 11.886.312\/0001-60<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Rua dos Colibris, n\u00ba 33, Conjunto Alameda Potiguar, S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo do Amarante\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.296.545, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a063.641,65 (Sessenta e tres mil, seiscentos e quarenta e um reais e sessenta e cinco centavos).<\/b><\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n
