CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto do Inciso V, artigo 74, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 74, – \u00c9 inexig\u00edvel a licita\u00e7\u00e3o quando invi\u00e1vel a competi\u00e7\u00e3o, em especial nos casos de:<\/p>\n

V – aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o ou loca\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel cujas caracter\u00edsticas de instala\u00e7\u00f5es e de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o tornem necess\u00e1ria sua escolha.\u201d<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que, para o objeto em tela \u00e9 de exclusividade, n\u00e3o havendo qualquer outra empresa que possa lhe fazer frente, inviabilizando, com isso, qualquer competi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2025), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2025) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

Com fundamento no\u00a0Artigo 74, V, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, CONTRATAR<\/b>, POR MEIO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O o seguinte objeto:\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE IM\u00d3VEL POR MEIO DE LOCA\u00c7\u00c3O, DESTINADO \u00c0 IMPLANTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO CENTRO MULTIPROFISSIONAL INTERSETORIAL, ESPA\u00c7O VOLTADO \u00c0 INTEGRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERVI\u00c7OS P\u00daBLICOS E \u00c0 PROMO\u00c7\u00c3O DE ATENDIMENTO INTERDISCIPLINAR E HUMANIZADO A CRIAN\u00c7AS , ADOLESCENTES E SUAS FAM\u00cdLIAS EM SITUA\u00c7\u00c3O DE VULNERABILIDADE SOCIAL,\u00a0<\/b>em favor de\u00a0KATIA KARLA SILVA DE MORAIS AZEVEDO, CPF n\u00ba 011.050.754-19<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Pra\u00e7a Monsenhor Vicente de Paula, n\u00ba 226, Centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 42.000,00 (quarenta e dois mil reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 1009\/2025, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 35\/2025,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no inciso II, artigo 75, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que a escolha da proposta vencedora se deu ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa mercadol\u00f3gica de mercado;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2025), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2025) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

DISPENSAR licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Com fundamento no\u00a0Art. 75, II, da Lei federal 14.133\/21, o<\/b>\u00a0seguinte objeto:\u00a0<\/b>CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA EM AQUISI\u00c7\u00c3O DE MATERIAIS DE LIMPEZA PARA ATENDER \u00c0S DEMANDAS DE HIGIENIZA\u00c7\u00c3O E CONSERVA\u00c7\u00c3O DO FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a0WB SERVI\u00c7OS, CNPJ n\u00ba 51.176.724\/0001-21<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Rua Maria do Carmo de Souza, 10 A, N. S. da Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, Natal\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.115-595, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 12.431,24 (doze mil, quatrocentos e trinta e um reais e vinte e quatro centavos)<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

O Fundo Municipal de Previd\u00eancia Social do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 954\/2025, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 07\/2025,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
