LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 1.054 DE 17 DE MAR\u00c7O DE 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Declara como patrim\u00f4nio cultural imaterial do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, o torneio \u201cCopa Roberto Bacurau\u201d, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O<\/b>\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Fica declarado como patrim\u00f4nio cultural imaterial do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, o torneio de futebol denominado \u201cCopa Roberto Bacurau\u201d, em reconhecimento por seu valor hist\u00f3rico, social e \u00e0 sua relev\u00e2ncia na forma\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade cultural local.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O Poder Executivo, por interm\u00e9dio de seus \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes, poder\u00e1 proceder ao registro do referido torneio nos livros de tombo da cultura, visando sua salvaguarda e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O reconhecimento de que trata esta lei tem como objetivo:<\/p>\n

I \u2013 Preservar a mem\u00f3ria do torneio \u201cCopa Roberto Bacurau\u201d;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 Incentivar a continuidade do torneio como instrumento de inclus\u00e3o social e lazer;<\/p>\n

III \u2013 Fomentar o turismo e a economia local.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Fica autorizado o Poder Executivo a apoiar o evento com ambul\u00e2ncia, policiamento e\/ou estrutura, desde que haja dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta lei entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

\u201cAltera o art. 10 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 942\/2023, para reajustar o valor do aux\u00edlio-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores e vereadores da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Lajes\/RN, revoga a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1.012\/2025 e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O art. 10 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 942\/2023 passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 10.<\/b>\u00a0O valor do aux\u00edlio alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, observada a exist\u00eancia de dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria pr\u00f3pria e recursos a ele alocados, correspondendo a R$ 1.600,00 (um mil e seiscentos reais) para os vereadores e servidores.\u201d (NR)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Revoga-se a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1.012, de 13 de mar\u00e7o de 2025 e as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos legais e financeiros a 2 de mar\u00e7o de 2026.<\/p>\n

Pelo presente instrumento contratual onde de um lado\u00a0O MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico, com sede administrativa \u00e0 Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, n\u00ba 17, centro \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, devidamente inscrita no CNPJ\/MF, sob o n\u00ba. 08.113.466\/0001-05, neste ato representado, na forma de sua Lei Org\u00e2nica, pelo Prefeito Municipal o Sr.\u00a0FELIPE<\/b>\u00a0FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, portador da Carteira de Identidade n\u00ba XXX.842.XXX expedida por SSP\/RN, e inscrito no CPF n\u00ba XXX.085.XXX-27, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, doravante denominado CONTRATANTE, e a\u00a0COOPERATIVA DE TRABALHO DOS PROFISSIONAIS DA EDUCACAO DO ESTADO DO RN \u2013 COOPEDU<\/b>, inscrito(a) no CNPJ\/MF sob o n\u00ba 35.537.126\/0001-84, sediado(a) Rua Projetada, n\u00ba 01, Loteamento Mirante do Trairi, Centro, Monte Alegre\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.182-000, neste ato representado por\u00a0ALEXANDRE SOARES GOMES<\/b>, portador da Carteira de Identidade n\u00ba XXX.190.XXX expedida por SSP\/RN, e inscrito no CPF n\u00ba XXX.106.XXX-70, que exerce a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Presidente, conforme consta no ato constitutivo da empresa,<\/b>\u00a0tendo em vista o que consta no Processo n\u00ba 57\/02-2026, e em observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021, e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel, resolvem celebrar o presente\u00a0Termo Aditivo de valor<\/b>, mediante as cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es a seguir enunciadas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 OBJETO<\/p>\n

O presente termo aditivo tem por objeto o Acr\u00e9scimo de\u00a017,47<\/b>% (dezessete v\u00edrgula quarenta e sete por cento) do valor inicial atualizado do Contrato, com fundamento no art.\u00a0124, I, b<\/b>, da Lei 14.133, de 2021.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 PRE\u00c7O<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Em raz\u00e3o das altera\u00e7\u00f5es promovidas por meio do presente Termo Aditivo, fica acrescido ao contrato o valor de\u00a0R$ 1.508.748,00 (um milh\u00e3o, quinhentos e oito mil, setecentos e quarenta e oito reais)<\/b>, correspondente a\u00a017,47% (dezessete v\u00edrgula quarenta e sete por cento)<\/b>\u00a0do valor inicialmente contratado.<\/p>\n

Dessa forma, o valor global do contrato, que era de\u00a0R$ 8.635.783,68 (oito milh\u00f5es, seiscentos e trinta e cinco mil, setecentos e oitenta e tr\u00eas reais e sessenta e oito centavos)<\/b>, passar\u00e1 a ser de\u00a0R$ 10.144.531,68 (dez milh\u00f5es, cento e quarenta e quatro mil, quinhentos e trinta e um reais e sessenta e oito centavos)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal.<\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Fica decretado luto oficial por 03 (tr\u00eas) dias em todo o territ\u00f3rio deste munic\u00edpio, pelo falecimento do lajense, o\u00a0Sr. Francisco Canind\u00e9 Miranda<\/b>, ocorrido aos 14 dias do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o do ano de 2026, que em vida prestou relevantes servi\u00e7os \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o lajense.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Este Decreto entra e vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Abre Cr\u00e9dito Suplementar no valor de R$ 5.000,00, para os fins que\u00a0espec\u00edfica e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O Prefeito da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE Lajes\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas na Lei Org\u00e2nica desde Munic\u00edpio e na Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria vigente.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Fica aberto, no corrente exerc\u00edcio, Cr\u00e9dito Suplementar no valor de R$ 5.000,00 (cinco mil reais) \u00e0s dota\u00e7\u00f5es especificadas no Anexo I deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba – Constitui fonte de recursos para fazer face ao cr\u00e9dito de que trata o artigo anterior, a anula\u00e7\u00e3o, em igual valor, das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias discriminadas no Anexo II deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
