O\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas, e<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto do Inciso II, artigo 74, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 74, – \u00c9 inexig\u00edvel a licita\u00e7\u00e3o quando invi\u00e1vel a competi\u00e7\u00e3o, em especial nos casos de:<\/p>\n

II – contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de profissional do setor art\u00edstico, diretamente ou por meio de empres\u00e1rio exclusivo, desde que consagrado pela cr\u00edtica especializada ou pela opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica;\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que, para o objeto em tela \u00e9 de exclusividade, n\u00e3o havendo qualquer outra empresa que possa lhe fazer frente, inviabilizando, com isso, qualquer competi\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2025), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2025) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

Com fundamento no\u00a0Artigo 74, II da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, CONTRATAR<\/b>, POR MEIO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O o seguinte objeto:\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SHOW MUSICAL DO DJ ANGELUS PARA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O ART\u00cdSTICA EM COMEMORA\u00c7\u00c3O A FESTA DA PADROEIRA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN, A SER REALIZADA NO DIA 7 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2025, COM DURA\u00c7\u00c3O M\u00cdNIMA DE 1 HORA E 30 MINUTOS,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a019.976.426 JOSE JORGE MACIEL DE LIRA, CNPJ n\u00ba 19.976.426\/0001-03<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Rua Candido Portinari, n\u00ba 42, IPSEP, Recife\/PE \u2013 CEP: 51.190-150, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 5.500,00 (cinco mil e quinhentos reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 1390\/2025, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 48\/2025,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n

O\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas, e<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto do Inciso V, artigo 74, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 74, – \u00c9 inexig\u00edvel a licita\u00e7\u00e3o quando invi\u00e1vel a competi\u00e7\u00e3o, em especial nos casos de:<\/p>\n

V – aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o ou loca\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel cujas caracter\u00edsticas de instala\u00e7\u00f5es e de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o tornem necess\u00e1ria sua escolha.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que a escolha da proposta vencedora se deu ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa mercadol\u00f3gica de mercado;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2025), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2025) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

Com fundamento no\u00a0Artigo 74, V, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, CONTRATAR<\/b>, POR MEIO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O o seguinte objeto:\u00a0Loca\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel, situado \u00e0 Rua Tabeli\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Proc\u00f3pio, n\u00ba 377, Centro, CEP 59535-000, Lajes\/RN, destinado \u00e0 instala\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento do Centro de Refer\u00eancia de Assist\u00eancia Social \u2013 CRAS 1, incluindo toda a sua estrutura administrativa e operacional, compreendendo o uso de todas as depend\u00eancias e instala\u00e7\u00f5es existentes no local.,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da Senhora\u00a0DAMIANA FRANCISCA DE CARVALHO<\/b>,\u00a0CPF n\u00ba 036.354.434-84<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Rua Jos\u00e9 Tabeli\u00e3o Proc\u00f3pio, n\u00ba 377, Centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, que apresentou a proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor mensal de R$ 3.500,00 (tr\u00eas mil e quinhentos reais), totalizando o valor de\u00a0R$ 42.000,00 (quarenta e dois mil reais)\u00a0<\/b>para o per\u00edodo de 12 meses.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 6328\/2025, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 47\/2025,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n

1.1 \u2013 Constitui objeto do presente termo de apostilamento contratual o acr\u00e9scimo de dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria que far\u00e1 frente \u00e0s despesas do contrato administrativo n\u00b0 097\/2025, que versa sobre a\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA NA PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERVI\u00c7OS GR\u00c1FICOS DESTINADOS A ATENDER AS NECESSIDADES DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 DA RETIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

2.1 \u2013 O presente Termo de Apostilamento objetiva a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do disposto na CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA TERCEIRA \u2013 DOTA\u00c7\u00c3O OR\u00c7AMENT\u00c1RIA, prevista no instrumento contratual, para fazer face ao acr\u00e9scimo de dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias, conforme disp\u00f5e o artigo 136, IV, da Lei Federal n\u00ba. 14.133\/21:<\/p>\n
