O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a necessidade de recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa Civil \u2013 COMPDEC, em raz\u00e3o da substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de representante da \u00e1rea de Recursos H\u00eddricos, visando garantir a continuidade e a regularidade dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelo referido Conselho;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba Fica exonerado do Conselho Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa Civil \u2013 COMPDEC o senhor Josinaldo da Silva Henrique, representante da \u00e1rea de Recursos H\u00eddricos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba Fica nomeado para compor o referido Conselho o senhor \u00c1lvaro Salviano de Brito, como representante da \u00e1rea de Recursos H\u00eddricos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos a 03 de mar\u00e7o de 2026.<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, e de conformidade com o Decreto N\u00ba.004, de 29 de janeiro de 2025;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1007 de 08 de janeiro de 2025.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001, de 25 de setembro de 1997.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Conceder di\u00e1rias aos servidores abaixo relacionados, destinadas ao custeio de despesas com deslocamento, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e demais gastos necess\u00e1rios ao desempenho de atividades institucionais:<\/p>\n

I \u2013<\/b>\u00a0ROBSON AUGUSTO COSME DE SOUZA<\/b>, Secret\u00e1rio Municipal da Juventude, Esportes e Turismo \u2013 SEJET, fazendo jus a \u00bd (meia) di\u00e1ria, no valor de R$ 250,00 (duzentos e cinquenta reais);<\/p>\n

II \u2013<\/b>\u00a0RAPHAEL OTHON SANTOS DE SOUZA<\/b>, Gestor de Turismo, fazendo jus a \u00bd (meia) di\u00e1ria, no valor de R$ 150,00 (cento e cinquenta reais).<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As di\u00e1rias destinam-se \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores no\u00a06\u00ba Encontro das Inst\u00e2ncias de Governan\u00e7a Regionais (IGR\u2019s) do Rio Grande do Norte<\/b>, promovido pela Secretaria de Turismo do Estado do RN (SETUR\/RN), a ser realizado no dia 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, no Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es de Natal, Audit\u00f3rio Celina Guimar\u00e3es, localizado na Av. Senador Dinarte Mariz, s\/n, Via Costeira, Ponta Negra, na cidade de Natal\/RN, em raz\u00e3o do afastamento da sede do Munic\u00edpio, para custeio de despesas com deslocamento e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, nos termos do Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 004\/2025, no interesse da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Municipal.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelo presente instrumento contratual onde de um lado\u00a0O MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico, com sede administrativa \u00e0 Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, n\u00ba 17, centro \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, devidamente inscrita no CNPJ\/MF, sob o n\u00ba. 08.113.466\/0001-05, neste ato representado, na forma de sua Lei Org\u00e2nica, pelo Prefeito Municipal o Sr.\u00a0FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, doravante denominada\u00a0CONTRATANTE<\/b>, e a empresa\u00a0DANILO BEZERRA ARAUJO-ME (ALPHA.CON),\u00a0<\/b>inscrito(a) no CNPJ\/MF sob o n\u00ba 19.686.025\/0001-19,\u00a0<\/b>sediado na Rua Senador Jos\u00e9 Bernardo, n\u00ba 806, Ap 301, Centro, Caic\u00f3\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.300-000, neste ato representado por\u00a0DANILO BEZERRA ARAUJO<\/b>, inscrito no CPF n\u00ba XXX.490.XXX-38, que exerce a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de S\u00f3cio, conforme atos constitutivos da empresa, doravante denominada\u00a0CONTRATADA,<\/b>\u00a0tendo em vista o que consta no Processo n\u00ba\u00a060\/02-2026<\/b>, e em observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021, e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel, resolvem celebrar o presente\u00a0Termo Aditivo de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de vig\u00eancia contratual<\/b>, mediante as cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es a seguir enunciadas.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 OBJETO<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O presente termo aditivo tem por objeto a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de vig\u00eancia do Contrato n\u00ba 19\/2025, por mais 12 meses, a partir de\u00a017\/03\/2026 at\u00e9 16\/03\/2027<\/b>, para dar continuidade \u00c0 CONTINUA\u00c7\u00c3O DA PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERVI\u00c7OS ESPECIALIZADO EM ASSESSORIA E CONSULTORIA E APOIO OPERACIONAL E ADMINISTRATIVO NO \u00c2MBITO DO CADASTRO \u00daNICO, PROGRAMA BOLSA FAM\u00cdLIA, PROGRAMA CRIAN\u00c7A FELIZ, PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O SOCIAL B\u00c1SICA E ESPECIAL E GEST\u00c3O MUNICIPAL DO SISTEMA \u00daNICO DE ASSIST\u00caNCIA SOCIAL, podendo ser prorrogado sucessivamente, respeitada a vig\u00eancia m\u00e1xima decenal, na forma do artigo 107 da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 2021.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 PRE\u00c7O<\/b><\/p>\n

2.1. O CONTRATANTE pagar\u00e1 ao CONTRATADO pela execu\u00e7\u00e3o do objeto deste Contrato o valor mensal de R$ 2,500,00 (dois mil e quinhentos reais), totalizando o valor global de R$ 30.000,00 (trinta mil reais ).<\/p>\n

2.2. O valor acima \u00e9 meramente estimativo, de forma que os pagamentos devidos ao CONTRATADO depender\u00e3o dos quantitativos efetivamente prestados.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA TERCEIRA – DOTA\u00c7\u00c3O OR\u00c7AMENT\u00c1RIA<\/b><\/p>\n

3.1. As despesas decorrentes do presente termo aditivo correr\u00e3o \u00e0 conta de recursos espec\u00edficos consignados pela Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento deste munic\u00edpio, na dota\u00e7\u00e3o abaixo discriminada:<\/p>\n

5.1. \u201cAltera o Anexo II da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 941\/2023, para reajustar o valor dos sal\u00e1rios dos servidores da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Lajes\/RN e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O Anexo II da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 941\/2023 passa a vigorar conforme o Anexo \u00danico da presente Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos legais e financeiros a 2 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 1.056 DE 25 DE MAR\u00c7O DE 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o do pavimento e das cal\u00e7adas por concession\u00e1rias de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos e empresas privadas que realizam interven\u00e7\u00f5es em vias e logradouros p\u00fablicos, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/i><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As empresas concession\u00e1rias de servi\u00e7os de \u00e1gua, esgoto, g\u00e1s, energia el\u00e9trica e telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es ficam obrigadas a restaurar a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de vias e o cal\u00e7amento de passeios p\u00fablicos, sempre que realizarem reparos, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ou novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es que impliquem na ruptura dessas malhas asf\u00e1lticas e cal\u00e7amentos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A restaura\u00e7\u00e3o deve garantir que a superf\u00edcie retorne ao seu estado original ou superior, observando:<\/p>\n

I \u2013 a continuidade est\u00e9tica e a qualidade adequada do material empregado;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 o nivelamento preciso, sem ressaltos ou depress\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Conclu\u00eddo o servi\u00e7o t\u00e9cnico no subsolo, a empresa ter\u00e1 o prazo m\u00e1ximo de:<\/p>\n

I \u2013 48 (quarenta e oito) horas para a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 5 (cinco) dias \u00fateis, para a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva do pavimento ou cal\u00e7amento.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O descumprimento do disposto nesta Lei sujeitar\u00e1 a empresa ou concession\u00e1ria infratora \u00e0s seguintes san\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n

I \u2013 notifica\u00e7\u00e3o para corre\u00e7\u00e3o em 24 horas;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 multa di\u00e1ria a ser definido por decreto municipal;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 suspens\u00e3o do alvar\u00e1 para novos cortes em vias p\u00fablicas, at\u00e9 quita\u00e7\u00e3o das pend\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Caso a restaura\u00e7\u00e3o apresente v\u00edcios ou irregularidades em at\u00e9 12 meses ap\u00f3s a execu\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa ou concession\u00e1ria ser\u00e1 obrigada a refazer o servi\u00e7o sem custos para o munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A restaura\u00e7\u00e3o deve seguir as normas da ABNT e plano diretor local.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 7\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data da publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e em conformidade com o quadro de pessoal do Munic\u00edpio, com base no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 114\/03-2026,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO a necessidade de assegurar a dignidade e o bem-estar de cidad\u00e3os em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade<\/p>\n

social;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO o parecer t\u00e9cnico favor\u00e1vel emitido pela Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba Fica deferido o pedido da Sra. MARIA DALVANICE XAVIER DAS CHAGAS para concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio de Aluguel Social, no valor de R$ 450,00 (quatrocentos e cinquenta reais), pelo prazo inicial de 3 (tr\u00eas) meses, com possibilidade de renova\u00e7\u00e3o por mais 3 (tr\u00eas) meses, conforme os crit\u00e9rios e a an\u00e1lise do programa, totalizando o valor de R$ 1.350,00 (um mil trezentos e cinquenta reais).<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, e de conformidade com o Decreto N\u00ba.004, de 29 de janeiro de 2025;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1007 de 08 de janeiro de 2025.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001, de 25 de setembro de 1997.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Concede-se di\u00e1ria ao servidor\u00a0Alan Helton do Nascimento<\/b>, Secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Desenvolvimento Rural e Agricultura Familiar, CPF n\u00ba ##3.368.344-##, para deslocamento \u00e0 cidade de Parnamirim\/RN, no dia 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, a fim de participar de reuni\u00e3o de planejamento da 30\u00aa ExpoLajes, no Parque de Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o Deputado N\u00e9lio Dias (ANCOC).<\/p>\n
