O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, e de conformidade com o Decreto N\u00ba.004, de 29 de janeiro de 2025;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1007 de 08 de janeiro de 2025.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto na Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001, de 25 de setembro de 1997.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no art. 2\u00ba, inciso III, do Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 004\/2025, que autoriza a concess\u00e3o de di\u00e1rias a colaborador eventual convocado para participar de evento de interesse do Munic\u00edpio em car\u00e1ter excepcional;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o Memorando n\u00ba 352\/2025\u2013SEDEMH, da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social, Pol\u00edticas para as Mulheres e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a necessidade de deslocamento de servidor para acompanhamento de grupo de idosos em atividade de turismo religioso;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba Autorizar a concess\u00e3o de 05 (cinco) di\u00e1rias ao servidor JO\u00c3O PAULO BARBOSA MIRANDA, motorista da COOPEDU da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, inscrito no CPF\/MF sob n\u00ba ##1.269.284-##, para custear despesas decorrentes de viagem ao munic\u00edpio de Juazeiro do Norte\/CE.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba O valor total das di\u00e1rias ser\u00e1 de R$ 1.250,00 (um mil duzentos e cinquenta reais), conforme proposta de concess\u00e3o de di\u00e1rias \u2013 PDC, e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal vigente.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba A viagem ocorrer\u00e1 no per\u00edodo de 25 a 30 de dezembro de 2025, com a finalidade de acompanhamento de grupo de idosos em atividade de turismo religioso, tradi\u00e7\u00e3o anual que contribui para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento da cultura religiosa do Munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba As despesas decorrentes desta Portaria correr\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias, consignadas no or\u00e7amento vigente.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Abre Cr\u00e9dito Suplementar no valor de R$ 100.000,00, para os fins que especifica e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O Prefeito MUNICIPAL DE Lajes\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas na Lei Org\u00e2nica desde Munic\u00edpio e na Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria vigente.<\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Fica aberto, no corrente exerc\u00edcio, Cr\u00e9dito Suplementar no valor de R$ 100.000,00 (cem mil reais) \u00e0s dota\u00e7\u00f5es especificadas no Anexo I deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Constitui fonte de recursos para fazer face ao cr\u00e9dito de que trata o artigo anterior o excesso de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o, nos termos do art. 43, \u00a71\u00ba, inciso II, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 4.320, de 17 de mar\u00e7o de 1964.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no inciso II, artigo 75, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que a escolha da proposta vencedora se deu ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa mercadol\u00f3gica de mercado;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2025), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2025) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

DISPENSAR licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Com fundamento no\u00a0Art. 75, II, da Lei federal 14.133\/21, o<\/b>\u00a0seguinte objeto:\u00a0Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais de inform\u00e1tica do tipo hardware, compreendendo itens destinados \u00e0 moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura tecnol\u00f3gica utilizada pelas diversas secretarias da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica municipal. A medida visa equipar adequadamente os setores com dispositivos atualizados e compat\u00edveis com os sistemas atualmente empregados na gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica, assegurando a efetiva execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades administrativas, t\u00e9cnicas e operacionais de forma integrada e eficiente.,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a0MGH COMERCIO E SERVICOS LTDA, CNPJ n\u00ba 37.653.978\/0001-62<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Avenida Musicista Samuel Sandoval da Fonseca, n\u00ba 1525, Sala 01, Vista Bela, Ass\u00fa\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.650.000, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 46.280,00 (quarenta e seis mil, duzentos e oitenta reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o acordo firmado entre os entes envolvidos, nos termos da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0CEDER a servidora\u00a0LUCIANA FIRMINO DO NASCIMENTO AZEVEDO<\/b>, inscrita no CPF n\u00ba ##0.362.814-##, Matr\u00edcula n\u00ba\u00a00003433\/1<\/b>, ocupante do cargo efetivo de\u00a0T\u00e9cnica de Enfermagem<\/b>, com carga hor\u00e1ria de\u00a040 (quarenta) horas semanais<\/b>, atualmente lotada na\u00a0Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN<\/b>, para a\u00a0Prefeitura Municipal de Jucurutu\/RN<\/b>, pelo per\u00edodo de\u00a001 de janeiro de 2026 a 31 de dezembro de 2026<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A cess\u00e3o ocorrer\u00e1\u00a0com \u00f4nus para o Munic\u00edpio Cession\u00e1rio<\/b>, conforme acordado entre as partes e em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Caber\u00e1 ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o cession\u00e1rio o\u00a0controle da frequ\u00eancia da servidora<\/b>, bem como o\u00a0cumprimento da jornada de trabalho<\/b>\u00a0estabelecida.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>A posse dos conselheiros ora nomeados dar-se-\u00e1 em ato p\u00fablico, preferencialmente durante a\u00a0Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Sa\u00fade<\/b>, ocasi\u00e3o em que assumem formalmente o compromisso com os princ\u00edpios e diretrizes do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>O mandato dos conselheiros nomeados ter\u00e1 dura\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a002 (dois) anos<\/b>, compreendendo o per\u00edodo de\u00a02025 a 2027<\/b>, permitida a recondu\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente e Regimento Interno do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>O exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de conselheiro municipal de sa\u00fade \u00e9 considerado de\u00a0relevante interesse p\u00fablico<\/b>, n\u00e3o sendo remunerado.<\/p>\n
