O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, de conformidade com o que disp\u00f5e o quadro de pessoal do referido Munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 32\/2026, 03 de fevereiro de 2026;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – RENOVAR\u00a0<\/b>a concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcio eventual de aux\u00edlio moradia de 03 (tr\u00eas) meses, na forma de Aluguel Social a Sra.\u00a0FABIANA DE LIMA DA SILVA,<\/b>\u00a0CPF:\u00a0##5.304.964-##<\/b>, residente domiciliar na\u00a0Avenida Alzira Soriano n\u00ba 720, COHAB<\/b>\u00a0no valor mensal de\u00a0R$ 350,00 (trezentos e cinquenta reais)\u00a0<\/b>totalizando o\u00a0<\/b>valor\u00a0de R$ 1. 050,00 (mil e cinquenta reais),<\/b><\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>,\u00a0ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, em conformidade com o quadro de pessoal do Munic\u00edpio e com base no\u00a0Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 37\/2026;<\/b><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a necessidade de assegurar a dignidade e o bem-estar de cidad\u00e3os em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o parecer t\u00e9cnico favor\u00e1vel emitido pela Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social;<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Conceder benef\u00edcio eventual de aux\u00edlio moradia de 03 (tr\u00eas) meses, na forma de Aluguel Social a Sra.\u00a0PAULA MALU DE FRAN\u00c7A SILVA.<\/b>\u00a0CPF: ##3.284.424-##<\/b>\u00a0residente na\u00a0Rua Ulisses Vale,\u00a0<\/b>N\u00ba713\u00a0Lajes\/RN<\/b>, no valor mensal de\u00a0R$ 350,00 (trezentos e cinquenta reais<\/b>) totalizando o valor de\u00a0R$ 1.050,00 (mil e cinquenta reis).<\/b><\/p>\n

O\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas, e<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto do Inciso I, artigo 74, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 74 – \u00c9 inexig\u00edvel a licita\u00e7\u00e3o quando invi\u00e1vel a competi\u00e7\u00e3o, em especial nos casos de:<\/p>\n

I – Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais, de equipamentos ou de g\u00eaneros ou contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os que s\u00f3 possam ser fornecidos por produtor, empresa ou representante comercial exclusivos;\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que, para o objeto em tela \u00e9 de exclusividade, n\u00e3o havendo qualquer outra empresa que possa lhe fazer frente, inviabilizando, com isso, qualquer competi\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2026), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2026) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

Com fundamento no\u00a0Artigo 74, I da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, CONTRATAR<\/b>, POR MEIO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O o seguinte objeto:\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA O FORNECIMENTO DE ENERGIA EL\u00c9TRICA, VISANDO ATENDER DE FORMA CONTINUADA OS PR\u00c9DIOS P\u00daBLICOS DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a0COMPANHIA ENERG\u00c9TICA DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE, CNPJ n\u00ba 08.324.196\/0001-81<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Rua Mermoz, N\u00ba150, baldo, Natal\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.025-250, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 1.560.000,00 (um milh\u00e3o, quinhentos e sessenta mil reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 2501\/2026, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 17\/2026,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
