Pelo presente instrumento contratual onde de um lado\u00a0O MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico, com sede administrativa \u00e0 Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, n\u00ba 17, centro \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, devidamente inscrita no CNPJ\/MF, sob o n\u00ba. 08.113.466\/0001-05, neste ato representado, na forma de sua Lei Org\u00e2nica, pelo Prefeito Municipal o Sr.\u00a0FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, doravante denominada\u00a0CONTRATANTE<\/b>, e a Empresa\u00a0S G M COPIADORAS COMERCIO E SERVI\u00c7OS LTDA,\u00a0<\/b>inscrita no CNPJ n\u00ba 06.224.460\/0001-80, com sede na Cidade de Natal, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte na Rua Joaquim Ara\u00fajo Filho, n\u00ba 1490, Lagoa Nova \u2013 CEP: 59.063-120, sendo representada pelo Senhor SERGIO GUSTAVO MEDEIROS DE OLIVEIRA, portador do CPF: XXX.455.XXX-08 e RG: XXX.680.XXX \u2013 ITEP\/RN, conforme atos constitutivos da empresa, doravante denominada\u00a0CONTRATADA,<\/b>\u00a0tendo em vista o que consta no Processo n\u00ba\u00a037\/01-2026<\/b>, e em observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Lei n\u00ba 8.666 de 21 de junho de 1993, e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel, resolvem celebrar o presente\u00a0Termo Aditivo de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de vig\u00eancia contratual<\/b>, mediante as cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es a seguir enunciadas.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 OBJETO<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O presente termo aditivo tem por objeto a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de vig\u00eancia do Contrato n\u00ba 19\/2023, por mais 12 (doze) meses, a partir de\u00a010\/02\/2026 at\u00e9 09\/02\/2027<\/b>, para dar continuidade a PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE LOCA\u00c7\u00c3O DE IMPRESSORAS (MULTIFUNCIONAIS LASER MONOCROM\u00c1TICAS, MULTIFUNCIONAL COLORIDA E LASER MONOCROM\u00c1TICA) COM TONERS E REPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O DE PE\u00c7AS QUANDO NECESS\u00c1RIO PARA ATENDER AS DEMANDAS DAS UNIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS DESTE MUNIC\u00cdPIO VISANDO O MENOR CUSTO ADMINISTRATIVO e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo n\u00ba 019\/2023, podendo ser prorrogado sucessivamente, respeitada a vig\u00eancia m\u00e1xima decenal, na forma do artigo 57, II, da Lei n\u00ba 8.666, de 1993.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 PRE\u00c7O<\/b><\/p>\n

2.1. O CONTRATANTE pagar\u00e1 ao CONTRATADO pela execu\u00e7\u00e3o do objeto deste Contrato o valor global de R$ R$ 137.932,20 (cento e trinta e sete mil novecentos e trinta e dois reais e vinte centavos).<\/p>\n

2.2. O valor acima \u00e9 meramente estimativo, de forma que os pagamentos devidos ao CONTRATADO depender\u00e3o dos quantitativos efetivamente prestados.<\/p>\n

3.1. As despesas decorrentes do presente termo aditivo correr\u00e3o \u00e0 conta de recursos espec\u00edficos consignados pela Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento deste munic\u00edpio, na dota\u00e7\u00e3o abaixo discriminada:<\/p>\n

DISP\u00d5E SOBRE O REAJUSTE DO SAL\u00c1RIO BASE DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE N\u00cdVEL SUPERIOR, SERVIDORES P\u00daBLICOS EFETIVOS E TEMPOR\u00c1RIOS, NAS \u00c1REAS DE PSICOLOGIA, ASSIST\u00caNCIA SOCIAL, FONOAUDIOLOGIA, AUDITORIA FISCAL, FARM\u00c1CIA, BIOQU\u00cdMICA, NUTRI\u00c7\u00c3O, FISIOTERAPIA E PROFISSIONAIS COM FORMA\u00c7\u00c3O EM PEDAGOGIA QUE ATUAM, EXCLUSIVAMENTE EM EQUIPES MULTIPROFISSIONAIS DAS SECRETARIAS DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES\/RN, CONFORME PREVISTO NA LEI COMPLEMENTAR MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 001\/2023.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, submete \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal o seguinte Projeto de Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– Fica estabelecido o reajuste do sal\u00e1rio base dos profissionais mencionados no artigo 1\u00ba da Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001\/2023, aplicando-se o \u00edndice de 6,79%.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– O valor atual do sal\u00e1rio base de R$ 4.312,23 (quatro mil, trezentos e doze reais e vinte e tr\u00eas centavos) ser\u00e1 reajustado para R$ 4.605,03 (quatro mil, seiscentos e cinco reais e tr\u00eas centavos), conforme o percentual estabelecido no artigo anterior.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– O reajuste salarial estabelecido por esta Lei ser\u00e1 implementado pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes respons\u00e1veis pelo pagamento dos profissionais mencionados no Art. 1\u00ba.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>– As despesas decorrentes desta Lei correr\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias, suplementadas se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– O impacto financeiro e or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 detalhado e anexado a esta Lei para fins de transpar\u00eancia e controle fiscal.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2026.<\/p>\n

DISP\u00d5E SOBRE O REAJUSTE DO PISO SALARIAL DOS PROFISSIONAIS DO MAGIST\u00c9RIO P\u00daBLICO DA EDUCA\u00c7\u00c3O B\u00c1SICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN E D\u00c1 OUTRAS PROVID\u00caNCIAS.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES,\u200b\u200b<\/b>\u00a0Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, submete \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal o seguinte Projeto de Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Fica estabelecido o reajuste do piso salarial dos profissionais do magist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN em conformidade com o percentual definido na Portaria MEC n\u00ba 82\/2026, com efeitos retroativos a 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2026.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O piso salarial dos profissionais do magist\u00e9rio, para uma jornada de trabalho de 40 (quarenta) horas semanais, passa a ser de R$ 5.130,63 (cinco mil, cento e trinta reais e sessenta e tr\u00eas centavos), conforme o \u00edndice de reajuste definido pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, em conformidade com a Lei Federal n\u00ba 11.738\/2008.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O reajuste estabelecido nesta Lei aplica-se a todos os profissionais do magist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica do munic\u00edpio, incluindo professores ativos, inativos e pensionistas com paridade, conforme previsto na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal vigente.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As despesas decorrentes da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o desta Lei correr\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias do munic\u00edpio, podendo ser suplementadas, caso necess\u00e1rio, conforme disposto na Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal (Lei Complementar n\u00ba 101\/2000).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O Poder Executivo regulamentar\u00e1 esta Lei no que couber, adotando as provid\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias para sua fiel execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2026.<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>,\u00a0ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, em conformidade com o quadro de pessoal do Munic\u00edpio e com base no\u00a0Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 37\/2026;<\/b><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a necessidade de assegurar a dignidade e o bem-estar de cidad\u00e3os em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o parecer t\u00e9cnico favor\u00e1vel emitido pela Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social;<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Conceder benef\u00edcio eventual de aux\u00edlio moradia de 03 (tr\u00eas) meses, na forma de Aluguel Social a Sra.\u00a0ELAINE BARROS DA SILVA.<\/b>\u00a0CPF: ##2.699.634-##<\/b>\u00a0residente na\u00a0Rua Juca Barros,\u00a0<\/b>N\u00ba349\u00a0Lajes\/RN<\/b>, no valor mensal de\u00a0R$ 350,00 (trezentos e cinquenta reais<\/b>) totalizando o valor de\u00a0R$ 1.050,00 (mil e cinquenta reis).<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
