CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no inciso II, artigo 75, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/21, de 01 de abril de 2021 e o Decreto Municipal n\u00b0 11, de 24 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, verbis:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 75 \u2013 \u00c9 dispens\u00e1vel a Licita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

II – para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o que envolva valores inferiores a R$ 62.725,59 (sessenta e dois mil setecentos e vinte e cinco reais e cinquenta e nove centavos), no caso de outros servi\u00e7os e compras;\u201d<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que a escolha da proposta vencedora se deu ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa mercadol\u00f3gica de mercado;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2026), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2026) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

DISPENSAR licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Com fundamento no\u00a0Art. 75, II, da Lei federal 14.133\/21, o<\/b>\u00a0seguinte objeto:\u00a0Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de catering para atendimento aos camarins dos artistas contratados para o carnaval de 2026 em Lajes, a ser realizar entre os dias 13 a 17 de fevereiro de 2026,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a0PJ MUSIC LTDA, CNPJ n\u00ba 63.238.243\/0001-82<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Av. Jo\u00e3o Nepomuceno Lopes, n\u00ba 636, Sala A, Barro Vermelho, Itaj\u00e1\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.513-000, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 54.420,00 (cinquenta e quatro mil, quatrocentos e vinte reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 2701\/2026, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 04\/2026,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n

DISPENSAR licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Com fundamento no\u00a0Art. 75, II, da Lei federal 14.133\/21, o<\/b>\u00a0seguinte objeto:\u00a0Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoa jur\u00eddica do ramo pertinente para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os art\u00edsticos de anima\u00e7\u00e3o musical, por meio de DJ (Disc Jockey), durante as festividades do Carnaval de Lajes, a serem realizadas nos dias 15 e 16 de fevereiro de 2026, conforme as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e condi\u00e7\u00f5es constantes no termo de refer\u00eancia.,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da empresa\u00a0BM ENTRETENIMENTOS, CNPJ n\u00ba 45.435.251\/0001-37<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 1A R RUA Antonio de Sa Leitao, n\u00ba 572, Novo Horizonte, Ass\u00fa\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.650-000, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 8.000,00 (oito mil reais).<\/b><\/p>\n
