LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 1.058 DE 08 DE ABRIL DE 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disp\u00f5e sobre a altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos 2\u00ba, 3\u00ba e 4\u00ba, da Lei n\u00ba 1.052 de 09 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, que trata do parcelamento e reparcelamento de d\u00e9bitos do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN com seu Regime Pr\u00f3prio de Previd\u00eancia Social – RPPS, de que tratam os arts. 115 e 117 do Ato das Disposi\u00e7\u00f5es Constitucionais Transit\u00f3rias – ADCT, com a reda\u00e7\u00e3o conferida pela Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 136, de 9 de setembro de 2025, para constar o \u00edndice de corre\u00e7\u00e3o em conformidade com a Portaria MTP 1.467\/2022.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais outorgadas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica, faz saber que a soberana C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou, e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Os artigos 2\u00ba, 3\u00ba e 4\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 1.052 de 09 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Para apura\u00e7\u00e3o do montante devido a ser parcelado os valores originais ser\u00e3o atualizados pelo \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor – INPC, acrescido de juros simples de 0,50% (meio por cento) ao m\u00eas, acumulados desde a data de vencimento at\u00e9 a data da consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do termo de acordo de parcelamento, com dispensa de multa.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico<\/b>. Em caso de inclus\u00e3o, nos parcelamentos de que trata esta lei, de d\u00e9bitos j\u00e1 parcelados anteriormente, para apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos novos saldos devedores, aplicam-se os crit\u00e9rios previstos no caput aos valores dos montantes consolidados dos parcelamentos ou reparcelamentos anteriores deduzidos das respectivas presta\u00e7\u00f5es pagas, acumulados desde a data da consolida\u00e7\u00e3o dos parcelamentos ou reparcelamentos anteriores at\u00e9 a data da nova consolida\u00e7\u00e3o dos termos de reparcelamento.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As presta\u00e7\u00f5es vincendas ser\u00e3o atualizadas mensalmente pelo \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor – INPC, acrescido de juros simples de 0,50% (meio por cento) ao m\u00eas, acumulados desde a data de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o dos montantes devidos nos termos de acordo de parcelamento ou reparcelamento at\u00e9 o m\u00eas do pagamento.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As presta\u00e7\u00f5es vencidas ser\u00e3o atualizadas mensalmente, pelo \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor – INPC, acrescido de juros simples de 0,50% (meio por cento) ao m\u00eas e multa de 2% (dois por cento), acumulados desde a data do seu vencimento, at\u00e9 o m\u00eas do efetivo pagamento.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba Esta lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0O art. 1\u00ba da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 602\/2014 passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Fica institu\u00edda verba indenizat\u00f3ria do exerc\u00edcio parlamentar, destinada exclusivamente ao ressarcimento das despesas relacionadas ao exerc\u00edcio do mandato parlamentar, no valor m\u00e1ximo de R$ 4.500,00 (quatro mil e quinhentos reais).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico<\/b>\u00a0– O disp\u00eandio e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da verba de que trata o \u201ccaput<\/i>\u201d deste artigo obedecer\u00e1 \u00e0s exig\u00eancias contidas nesta lei. \u201d (NR)<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Revoga-se a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 925, de 21 de outubro de 2022, e a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 943, de 15 de fevereiro de 2023.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, produzindo efeitos a partir de 1 de abril de 2026, revogando todas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n
