OBJETO: AQUISI\u00c7\u00c3O DE MATERIAIS ESPORTIVOS, TROF\u00c9US, MEDALHAS E DEMAIS ITENS DE APOIO, DESTINADOS A ATENDER \u00c0S NECESSIDADES E DEMANDAS DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE JUVENTUDE, ESPORTE E TURISMO (SEJET) NA EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DAS ATIVIDADES, PROJETOS, COMPETI\u00c7\u00d5ES E EVENTOS ESPORTIVOS PREVISTOS NO CALEND\u00c1RIO ESPORTIVO E DE EVENTOS DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN PARA O EXERC\u00cdCIO DE 2026, ASSEGURANDO A QUALIDADE, A SEGURAN\u00c7A, A EFICI\u00caNCIA OPERACIONAL E A ADEQUADA EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DAS A\u00c7\u00d5ES ESPORTIVAS, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES ESTABELECIDAS NO TERMO DE REFER\u00caNCIA.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas, e em observ\u00e2ncia ao disposto no art. 62 e seguintes da Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/21, bem como ao Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e seus anexos, procede \u00e0 an\u00e1lise da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelas empresas para fins de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

*A empresa\u00a0Z NORTE COMERCIO E SERVICO LTDA<\/b>, inscrita no CNPJ n\u00ba 46.027.640\/0001-96, deixou de apresentar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o exigida no\u00a0item 9.14.5<\/b>\u00a0do Termo de Refer\u00eancia. Registra-se que foi encaminhada solicita\u00e7\u00e3o formal \u00e0 empresa para complementa\u00e7\u00e3o da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, concedendo-se prazo para manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o. Todavia, a empresa n\u00e3o apresentou resposta nem encaminhou o documento dentro do prazo estabelecido. Assim, por n\u00e3o atender integralmente \u00e0s exig\u00eancias do instrumento convocat\u00f3rio, e com fundamento nos\u00a0itens 9.1 e 9.1.1<\/b>\u00a0do Aviso de Dispensa, a empresa \u00e9 declarada\u00a0INABILITADA<\/b>\u00a0no presente procedimento;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

*A empresa\u00a0DANDARA SPORT LTDA ME\u00a0<\/b>n\u00e3o apresentou a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o exigida, em desacordo com o disposto no\u00a0item 5.2<\/b>\u00a0do Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o, o qual estabelece a obrigatoriedade de envio da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o completa nos termos ali previstos. Assim, diante do descumprimento das exig\u00eancias expressamente estabelecidas no instrumento convocat\u00f3rio, e em conformidade com o\u00a0item 9.1<\/b>\u00a0do Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa \u00e9 declarada\u00a0INABILITADA<\/b>\u00a0no presente procedimento;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

*A empresa\u00a0MARIA DE F\u00c1TIMA ARA\u00daJO SILVA ME<\/b>, CNPJ: 11.886.312\/0001-60, apresentou toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o exigida, atendendo aos requisitos legais e edital\u00edcios, sendo, portanto, considerada\u00a0HABILITADA<\/b>\u00a0para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O julgamento fundamentou-se na\u00a0verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da regularidade jur\u00eddica, fiscal e trabalhista<\/b>\u00a0conforme termo de refer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ressalta-se que, inicialmente, a an\u00e1lise de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o recaiu sobre a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pela primeira empresa classificada no certame, em estrita observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0 ordem de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida no procedimento. Diante da inabilita\u00e7\u00e3o da referida empresa, procedeu-se, de forma sucessiva e conforme previsto no Aviso de Dispensa de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e na Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/2021, \u00e0 convoca\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas subsequentes, respeitando-se rigorosamente a ordem classificat\u00f3ria, o que efetivamente ocorreu no presente caso, at\u00e9 a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa que atendesse integralmente \u00e0s exig\u00eancias habilitat\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n
