A PRESIDENTE DA ASSOCIA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O E ASSIST\u00caNCIA \u00c0 MATERNIDADE E \u00c0 INF\u00c2NCIA DE LAJES, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhe confere o artigo 19 dos Estatutos e,<\/p>\n

Considerando o Artigo 51 par\u00e1grafo 1\u00ba da Lei 8.666 de 21 de Junho de 1993,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Considerando a necessidade de compor a referida Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba Ficam\u00a0designados\u00a0<\/b>o Pregoeiro\u00a0<\/b>e os\u00a0<\/b>membros da\u00a0<\/b>Equipe de Apoio, em licita\u00e7\u00f5es na modalidade\u00a0<\/b>Preg\u00e3o, no \u00e2mbito da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Assist\u00eancia a Maternidade e \u00e0 Inf\u00e2ncia de Lajes- APAMI, os Senhores(a):<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico \u2013 O Pregoeiro e os membros da Equipe de Apoio que atuar\u00e3o no certame ser\u00e3o, sempre que poss\u00edvel, em um m\u00ednimo de 03(tr\u00eas) integrantes.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba O Pregoeiro, fica autorizado a convocar, al\u00e9m dos membros da Equipe de Apoio, a depender da especificidade t\u00e9cnica do objeto ou da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada, outros servidores da Apami, t\u00e9cnicos da \u00e1rea, para auxiliar na an\u00e1lise das propostas e documentos.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba- Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o e ter\u00e1 validade de 01(um) ano, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
