DECRETO N\u00ba 036, DE 19 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abre Cr\u00e9dito Suplementar no valor de R$ 476.000,00, para os fins que\u00a0especifica e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O Prefeito MUNICIPAL DE Lajes\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas na Lei Org\u00e2nica desde Munic\u00edpio e na Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria vigente.<\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Fica aberto, no corrente exerc\u00edcio, Cr\u00e9dito Suplementar no valor de R$ 476.000,00 (quatrocentos e setenta e seis mil reais) \u00e0s dota\u00e7\u00f5es especificadas no Anexo I deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba – Constitui fonte de recursos para fazer face ao cr\u00e9dito de que trata o artigo anterior, a anula\u00e7\u00e3o, em igual valor, das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias discriminadas no Anexo II deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
