LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 1.044 DE 13 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

Denomina de \u201cCemit\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Municipal Raimundo Nonato Martins\u201d o cemit\u00e9rio localizado no Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1<\/b>\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0<\/b>Fica denominado de\u00a0\u201c<\/b>Cemit<\/b>\u00e9<\/b>rio P<\/b>\u00fa<\/b>blico Municipal Raimundo Nonato Martins<\/b>\u201d<\/b>\u00a0o cemit\u00e9rio localizado naRua. Tabeli\u00e3o. Jos\u00e9 Proc\u00f3pio, 611, Lajes\/RN.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2<\/b>\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0<\/b>A denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de que trata o artigo anterior dever\u00e1 constar em todas as refer\u00eancias oficiais, documentos administrativos, registros p\u00fablicos e nas placas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do referido cemit\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n

Art. 3<\/b>\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0<\/b>Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
