Disp\u00f5e sobre a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o dos membros do Conselho Municipal da Juventude \u2013 COMJUV do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 585, que cria, comp\u00f5e e regulamenta o funcionamento do Conselho Municipal da Juventude \u2013 COMJUV,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Nomear os membros titulares e suplentes que compor\u00e3o o Conselho Municipal da Juventude \u2013 COMJUV do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, conforme rela\u00e7\u00e3o constante do Anexo I desta Portaria.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Nomear os membros eleitos para compor a Mesa Diretora do Conselho Municipal da Juventude \u2013 COMJUV, nos termos da Ata da Primeira Reuni\u00e3o do colegiado, conforme rela\u00e7\u00e3o constante do Anexo II.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 O Conselho Municipal da Juventude tem como finalidade propor, deliberar, fiscalizar e acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 juventude no Munic\u00edpio de Lajes, em conson\u00e2ncia com as diretrizes da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 585.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
