id=\"materia\" class=\"materia materia20091123 materia2\">\n<p>PORTARIA N\u00ba 405, DE 12 DE JUNHO DE 2025<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Disp\u00f5e sobre a relota\u00e7\u00e3o de servidores p\u00fablicos municipais em virtude da reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do Poder Executivo de Lajes\/RN e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0<b>PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal e pelo art. 15 da Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001\/1997 (Regime Jur\u00eddico \u00danico dos Servidores P\u00fablicos Municipais), e<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a necessidade de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a de trabalho \u00e0s novas demandas surgidas ap\u00f3s a reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura administrativa promovida pela Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1.007, de 06 de janeiro de 2025, que criaram, extinguiram e modificaram \u00f3rg\u00e3os da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Direta;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o interesse p\u00fablico na continuidade, efici\u00eancia e economicidade da presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os municipais, bem como o disposto no art. 37,\u00a0<i>caput<\/i>, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0que a relota\u00e7\u00e3o constitui mudan\u00e7a do local de exerc\u00edcio do servidor, sem altera\u00e7\u00e3o de cargo, classe, padr\u00e3o ou natureza do v\u00ednculo, estando expressamente prevista no art. 15 da Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001\/1997;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>CONSIDERANDO<\/b>, por fim, que o procedimento de relota\u00e7\u00e3o pode ocorrer por iniciativa da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, quando indispens\u00e1vel ao atendimento das necessidades do servi\u00e7o, ou a pedido do servidor, desde que compat\u00edvel com o interesse p\u00fablico,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RESOLVE<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Ficam RELOTADOS, sem preju\u00edzo de cargo, remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, direitos e demais vantagens, os servidores constantes do Anexo I desta Portaria, da unidade de origem para a unidade de destino ali indicada, ambas integrantes da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Direta do Poder Executivo do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00ba A relota\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no caput produz efeitos a partir de 16 de julho de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2\u00ba O servidor relotado dever\u00e1 apresentar-se \u00e0 chefia imediata da unidade de destino no primeiro dia \u00fatil subsequente ao in\u00edcio da vig\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3\u00ba Fica autorizado, por meio desta Portaria, ao setor de Recursos Humanos do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes realizar a altera\u00e7\u00e3o funcional do servidor relotado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A relota\u00e7\u00e3o ora efetivada decorre de necessidade do servi\u00e7o, resultante da redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias entre \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A relota\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p>I \u2013 n\u00e3o constitui promo\u00e7\u00e3o, progress\u00e3o ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o de regime jur\u00eddico;<\/p>\n<p>II \u2013 n\u00e3o implica mudan\u00e7a de carga hor\u00e1ria nem de lota\u00e7\u00e3o em outro Poder ou esfera;<\/p>\n<p>III \u2013 n\u00e3o gera direito \u00e0 percep\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer vantagem pecuni\u00e1ria adicional, ressalvadas as previstas em lei para fun\u00e7\u00f5es gratificadas ou cargos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o eventualmente designados na nova unidade.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 4\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Compete aos dirigentes das unidades de destino garantir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es materiais e log\u00edsticas para o pleno exerc\u00edcio das atividades dos servidores relotados, bem como comunicar de imediato ao setor de Recursos Humanos qualquer impedimento ou necessidade superveniente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 5\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Ficam revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, especialmente portarias ou ordens de servi\u00e7o que indiquem lota\u00e7\u00e3o diversa para os servidores constantes do Anexo I.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 6\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Portaria entra em vigor na
