TERMO ADITIVO CONTRATUAL QUE ENTRE SI CELEBRAM A PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN, E A EMPRESA H B DANTAS VITAL LTDA.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelo presente instrumento contratual onde de um lado\u00a0O MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico, com sede administrativa \u00e0 Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, n\u00ba 17, centro \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, devidamente inscrita no CNPJ\/MF, sob o n\u00ba. 08.113.466\/0001-05, neste ato representado, na forma de sua Lei Org\u00e2nica, pelo Prefeito Municipal o Sr. FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO, brasileiro, residente \u00e0 Rua Vereador Mael Querino, n\u00ba 88-Centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, portador do CPF n\u00ba 090.085.724-27 e RG n\u00ba 2842134 \u2013 SSP\/RN, de um lado e de outro, a empresa\u00a0H B DANTAS VITAL LTDA,\u00a0<\/b>inscrita no CNPJ n\u00ba 45.616.193\/0001-48, com sede na Cidade de Parnamirim, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte com sede na Rua Greg\u00f3rio de Matos, n\u00ba 26, Nova Parnamirim\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.150-330, sendo representada pelo Senhor\u00a0HERRYSON BRUNO DANTAS VITAL<\/b>, portador do CPF: 010.625.104-02, decidiram as partes contratantes assinarem o presente\u00a0TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO ADMINISTRATIVO N\u00ba 015\/2024<\/b>, o qual ser\u00e1 regido pelas cl\u00e1usulas a seguir e demais ditames da Lei Geral de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es e Contratos (Lei Federal 14.133\/2021), vinculado a\u00a0PREG\u00c3O ELETR\u00d4NICO N\u00ba 045\/2023,\u00a0<\/b>realizado na Prefeitura Municipal de Lajes\/RN, que mutuamente acordam e aceitam as cl\u00e1usulas abaixo:<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA – DO OBJETO<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.1.\u00a0<\/b>O presente aditivo refere-se \u00e0 prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo por mais 11 (onze) meses, com o objetivo de dar continuidade dos servi\u00e7os de\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA DO RAMO PERTINENTE PARA A LOCA\u00c7\u00c3O VE\u00cdCULOS PESADOS PARA MANUTEN\u00c7\u00c3O DA COLETA DE TRANSPORTE DE RES\u00cdDUOS S\u00d3LIDOS DOMICILIARES SUA CORRETA DESTINA\u00c7\u00c3O FINAL; E, DE UM CAMINH\u00c3O LIMPA FOSSA, PARA ATENDIMENTO DAS NECESSIDADES DOS MUN\u00cdCIPES DE LAJES\/RN, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES E CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES ESTABELECIDAS NO TERMO DE REFER\u00caNCIA E DEMAIS ANEXOS<\/b>, que est\u00e1 vinculado ao Contrato Administrativo n\u00ba 15\/2024 e a Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico SRP N\u00ba 045\/2023.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 DO PRAZO<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.1.\u00a0<\/b>Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 prorrogado contado, a partir\u00a0de 07 de janeiro de 2025 at\u00e9 06 de dezembro de 2025.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA TERCEIRA \u2013 DO PAGAMENTO E DA DOTA\u00c7\u00c3O OR\u00c7AMENT\u00c1RIA<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.1.\u00a0<\/b>Os pagamentos ser\u00e3o realizados de acordo com a presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os descriminados nas Ordens de Servi\u00e7os emitidas pelo respons\u00e1vel desta Prefeitura Municipal.<\/p>\n

3.2. As despesas decorrentes do presente contrato correr\u00e3o por conta dos seguintes recursos consignados no Or\u00e7amento da Prefeitura Municipal de Lajes\/RN, relacionados abaixo:<\/p>\n

5.1. Em conformidade com o disposto no art. 107 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/2021.<\/b><\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEXTA \u2013 DAS CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES GERAIS<\/b><\/p>\n

6.1. Ficam mantidas todas e demais cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas no contrato original.<\/p>\n

E, para firmeza e validade do que foi pactuado, lavrou-se o presente TERMO ADITIVO em 2 (duas) vias de igual teor e forma, para que surtam um s\u00f3 efeito, as quais, depois de lidas, s\u00e3o assinadas pelos representantes das partes, CONTRATANTE e CONTRATADA.<\/p>\n
