 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte,\u00a0<\/b>conjuntamente com o\u00a0DIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, conferidas por Lei,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resolvem:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– Conceder o benef\u00edcio de\u00a0Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria com proventos integrais \u2013 Art. 20, incisos I, II, III, IV e \u00a72\u00ba inciso I,\u00a0<\/b>\u00e0 servidora\u00a0ALDEISA LEOCADIO SILVA DE SALES,\u00a0<\/b>portadora do RG n\u00ba 680.888 SSP\/RN, inscrita sob CPF n\u00ba 364.876.941-34, titular do cargo de ASSISTENTE SOCIAL – 40HS, registrada sob a Matr\u00edcula Funcional n\u00ba 0000511\/1, lotada na Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social, Trabalho e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, nos termos do art. 20, incisos I, II, III, IV e \u00a72\u00ba inciso I da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 103,\u00a0<\/i>de 12 de novembro de 2019, e Artigo 5.\u00ba Inciso II, da Lei Municipal n.\u00ba 861, de 14 de outubro de 2020,\u00a0<\/i>com proventos acrescidos da seguinte vantagem:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I \u2013<\/b>\u00a002 (dois) quinqu\u00eanios, equivalente ao percentual de 10%, nos termos da Art. 2\u00ba da Lei Municipal n\u00b0 934 de 30 de Dezembro de 2022.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
