O Prefeito Municipal de Lajes, Felipe Ferreira de Menezes Ara\u00fajo, por interm\u00e9dio da assessoria t\u00e9cnica em engenharia que esta subscreve, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais vem NOTIFICAR a empresa acima citada atrav\u00e9s da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00famero 001\/2024 a retomar a obra de EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE RECOMPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O DE PAVIMENTO EM PARALELEP\u00cdPEDOS (TAPA BURACO), NAS DIVERSAS VIAS P\u00daBLICAS DO MUN\u00cdCIPIO DE LAJES\/RN, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES E CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES ESTABELECIDAS NO TERMO DE REFER\u00caNCIA, objeto do Preg\u00e3o Presencial SRP n\u00ba 003\/2024, no prazo m\u00e1ximo 5 (cinco) dias \u00fateis a contar do recebimento desta notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, tendo em vista que a obra se encontra paralisada sem evolu\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, acarretando um atraso no cronograma de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o. Destaque-se que o presente procedimento poder\u00e1 resultar em aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das penalidades contratualmente estabelecidas, assim como, as demais previstas na Lei 8.666\/93 regedora do neg\u00f3cio jur\u00eddico administrativo. O rein\u00edcio da obra \u00e9 caracterizado como urgente pois se trata de uma obra de benef\u00edcio imensur\u00e1vel a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, principalmente para a melhora na qualidade do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN.<\/p>\n
