\u201cDisp\u00f5e sobre a abertura de cr\u00e9dito adicional especial ao or\u00e7amento anual de 2024 no valor de R$ 91.877,14 (noventa e um mil oitocentas e setenta e sete reais e quatorze centavos), e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.\u201d<\/p>\n

O\u00a0PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>,\u00a0<\/b>no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas e considerando o disposto nos arts. 165, \u00a75\u00ba; 167, inciso V da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, Lei n\u00ba 14.399, de 8 de julho de 2022 e Lei Org\u00e2nica art. 74, XV fa\u00e7o saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

Art.1\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Fica o Poder Executivo autorizado a abrir no or\u00e7amento vigente do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes-RN, cr\u00e9dito adicional especial, no valor de R$ 91.877,14 (noventa e um mil reais oitocentos e setenta e sete reais e quatorze centavos) conforme dota\u00e7\u00e3o abaixo identificada:<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Os recursos necess\u00e1rios para cobertura dos cr\u00e9ditos adicionais especial provir\u00e3o de excesso de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o referente \u00e0s transfer\u00eancias concedidas pela Uni\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da Pol\u00edtica Nacional Aldir Blanc com fundamento na Lei n\u00ba 14.399, de 8 de julho de 2022.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando todas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
