A presente Sele\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 processada nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 970\/2023, e, subsidiariamente, pela Lei n\u00ba 13.019\/2014, pelas normas do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade
