Lajes\/RN, pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico, com sede a Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, 17, Centro, Lajes\/RN, CEP: 59.535-000, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n\u00ba 08.113.466\/0001-05, representado neste ato pelo Seu Prefeito Constitucional, no uso de suas prerrogativas legais, e considerando o disposto no art. 14 da Lei n\u00ba 11.947\/2009 e nas Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do FNDE relativas ao PNAE, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, vem realizar Chamada P\u00fablica para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00eaneros aliment\u00edcios da Agricultura Familiar e do Empreendedor Familiar Rural, destinado ao atendimento do Programa Nacional de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar\/Pnae, durante o per\u00edodo de 2024.<\/p>\n

Os interessados (Grupos Formais, informais ou Fornecedores Individuais) dever\u00e3o apresentar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o para habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e Projeto de Venda at\u00e9 \u00e0s 09:00 horas, do dia 10 de junho de 2024, quando ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio a Sess\u00e3o P\u00fablica na Sala de Reuni\u00f5es da Prefeitura Municipal de Lajes\/RN, Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, 17, Centro, Lajes\/RN, CEP: 59.535-000.<\/p>\n
