Os trabalhos ser\u00e3o conduzidos por servidor designado, denominado Pregoeiro, mediante a inser\u00e7\u00e3o e monitoramento de dados gerados ou transferidos diretamente para a p\u00e1gina eletr\u00f4nica www.portaldecompraspublicas.com.br. O servidor ter\u00e1, dentre outras, as seguintes atribui\u00e7\u00f5es: coordenar o processo licitat\u00f3rio; receber, examinar e decidir as impugna\u00e7\u00f5es e
