\u201cDisp\u00f5e sobre a concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7a a servidor (a) p\u00fablico municipal de Lajes\/RN.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, de conformidade com o que disp\u00f5e o quadro de pessoal do referido Munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o disposto no artigo n\u00ba 96, da Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 001, de 25 de setembro de 1997, que disp\u00f5e sobre o regime jur\u00eddico \u00fanico dos servidores;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 253, de 14 de mar\u00e7o de 2024;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Conceder licen\u00e7a de interesse particular no per\u00edodo de 2 (dois) anos ao (a) servidor (a) efetivo (a)\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Alves de Lima Neto<\/b>, matr\u00edcula 1867-1, ocupante do cargo de\u00a0Professor 30HS – II<\/b>,\u00a0<\/b>lotado na Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com seus efeitos legais a partir de 01 de mar\u00e7o de 2024, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
