O munic\u00edpio de LAJES\/RN, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura e Servi\u00e7os Urbanos, torna p\u00fablico torna p\u00fablico que far\u00e1 realizar licita\u00e7\u00e3o, sob a modalidade de CONCORR\u00caNCIA P\u00daBLICA, por meio eletr\u00f4nico, pelo crit\u00e9rio de julgamento MENOR PRE\u00c7O, sob o regime empreitada por Pre\u00e7o Global, nos termos da Lei 14.133\/2021, LC 123\/2006, do Decreto Municipal 11\/2023 e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel e, ainda, de acordo com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas neste Edital.<\/p>\n

1. DO OBJETO
\n1.1. O objeto da presente licita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA EM ENGENHARIA CIVIL PARA CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O DE UMA PRA\u00c7A EM HOMENAGEM A ALZIRA SORIANO, A PRIMEIRA PREFEITA DE LAJES E DA AM\u00c9RICA LATINA, NO BAIRRO S\u00c3O JUDAS TADEU, \u00c0S MARGENS DA BR 304, conforme suas descri\u00e7\u00f5es, caracteriza\u00e7\u00f5es e especifica\u00e7\u00f5es contidas neste edital e seus anexos.<\/p>\n

2. DA PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O NA LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O
\n2.1. Poder\u00e3o participar da presente licita\u00e7\u00e3o todas as empresas interessadas que comprovarem possuir os requisitos de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o exigidos neste Edital e que estejam credenciadas junto ao Provedor do Sistema https:\/\/www.portaldecompraspublicas.com.br\/<\/p>\n

2.2. O licitante responsabiliza-se exclusiva e formalmente pelas transa\u00e7\u00f5es efetuadas em seu nome, assume como firmes e verdadeiras suas propostas e seus lances, inclusive os atos praticados diretamente ou por seu representante, exclu\u00edda a responsabilidade do provedor do sistema ou do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade promotora da licita\u00e7\u00e3o por eventuais danos decorrentes de uso indevido das credenciais de acesso, ainda que por terceiros.<\/p>\n

2.3. \u00c9 de responsabilidade do cadastrado conferir a exatid\u00e3o dos seus dados cadastrais nos Sistemas relacionados no item anterior e mant\u00ea-los atualizados junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os respons\u00e1veis pela informa\u00e7\u00e3o, devendo proceder, imediatamente, \u00e0 corre\u00e7\u00e3o ou \u00e0 altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos registros t\u00e3o logo identifique incorre\u00e7\u00e3o ou aqueles se tornem desatualizados.<\/p>\n

2.4. A n\u00e3o observ\u00e2ncia do disposto no item anterior poder\u00e1 ensejar desclassifica\u00e7\u00e3o no momento da habilita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
