 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, em conformidade com o que disp\u00f5e o quadro de pessoal do referido Munic\u00edpio, e;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 662\/2015 que disp\u00f5e sobre a Pol\u00edtica de Atendimento e Garantia de Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.069\/1990 que disp\u00f5e sobre o Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o resultado do Processo de Escolha Unificado para Membros do Conselho Tutelar ocorrida em 01 de outubro de 2023;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b>:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Nomear o senhor (a)\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Nazareno de Andrade<\/b>, inscrito (a) no CPF n\u00ba ##1.360.294-##, para assumir as fun\u00e7\u00f5es inerentes ao cargo eletivo de\u00a0Conselheiro (a) Tutelar<\/b>\u00a0deste munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, a partir desta data, com mandato findo em 09 de janeiro de 2028.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As fun\u00e7\u00f5es desempenhadas ser\u00e3o gratificadas e ter\u00e3o todos os direitos trabalhistas na forma da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com seus efeitos legais a partir de 10 de janeiro de 2023, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00e3o em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
