DECRETO MUNICIPAL N\u00b0 035, DE 09 OUTUBRO DE 2023<\/p>\n

\u201cEstabelece Ponto Facultativo no \u00e2mbito do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN e da outras providencias.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 036, de 27 de dezembro de 2022;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0a decorr\u00eancia do feriado de Nossa Senhora Aparecida, Padroeira do Brasil, comemorado anualmente no dia a 12 de outubro;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 01\u00ba<\/b>. \u2013 Fica declarado ponto facultativo no dia 13 de outubro de 2023, sexta-feira, nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, excetuando-se aquelas atividades que sejam consideradas essenciais.<\/p>\n

Art. 02\u00ba. –<\/b>\u00a0Caber\u00e1 aos dirigentes das unidades administrativas adotar provid\u00eancias para que n\u00e3o haja interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de funcionamento dos servi\u00e7os essenciais afetos \u00e0s suas respectivas \u00e1reas de compet\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Art. 03\u00ba. –<\/b>\u00a0Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
