Dispoe sobre a concessao do beneficio previdenci\u00e1rio de Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria – Art. 10, \u00a7 1\u00ba, I, “a” e “b” da EC n.\u00ba 103\/2019, em favor do(a) servidor(a) FRANCISCO CICERO DA SILVA.<\/p>\n

O Exmo Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes,conjuntamente com Diretor ExecutivodoFUNDO DE PREVIDENCIA SOCIAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES- PREVLAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte,no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais determinadas pelaLei Org\u00e2nica do Munic\u00edpioe da,\u00a0Lei Municipal n.\u00ba 558, de 02 de janeiro de 2013,<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

RESOLVEM:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Conceder o benef\u00edcio de\u00a0Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria – Art. 10, \u00a7 1\u00ba, I, “a” e “b” da EC n.\u00ba 103\/2019<\/b>\u00a0a(o) servidor(a)\u00a0FRANCISCO CICERO DA SILVA<\/b>, portador(a) do RG 001843837, SSP\/RN, CPF 365.827.604-59, Efetivo, no cargode\u00a0GARI,<\/b>\u00a0refer\u00eancia\u00a040 HORAS<\/b>, registrado sob a Matr\u00edcula Funcional\u00a0n.\u00ba 23<\/b>, lotado(a) no(a)\u00a0SEC MUNIC DE INFRAESTRUTURA E SERV URBANOS<\/b>, nos termos do\u00a0Artigo 10, \u00a7 1\u00ba, Inciso I, al\u00edneas “a”, e “b” da Emenda Constitucional n.\u00ba 103, de 12 novembro de 2019 cc o Artigo 2.\u00ba Inciso I da Lei Municipal n.\u00ba 861 de 14 de outubro de 2020<\/b>, conforme os documentos do Processo\u00a0PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVIDENCIA SOCIAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES,<\/b>\u00a0registrado sob o n\u00famero\u00a0006\/2023<\/b>, a partir desta data at\u00e9 posterior delibera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
