Disp\u00f5e sobre a concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio de Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria por Idade e Tempo de Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o em favor da servidora FRANCISCA EDILEUSA DOS REIS.<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte,\u00a0<\/b>conjuntamente com o\u00a0DIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, conferidas por Lei,<\/p>\n

Resolvem:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Retificar<\/b>\u00a0a Portaria n\u00ba\u00a0000008\/2017<\/b>\u00a0no que concerne \u00e0 fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o constitucional da aposentadoria da servidora.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– Conceder o benef\u00edcio de\u00a0Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria por Idade e Tempo de Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<\/b>\u00e0 servidora\u00a0<\/b>FRANCISCA EDILEUSA DOS REIS<\/b>, portadora do RG n\u00ba 980.474 ITEP\/RN, inscrita sob CPF n\u00ba 489.319.004-06, Efetiva no cargo de\u00a0<\/b>PROFESSORA 30 HS Classe J N\u00edvel II<\/b>, Matr\u00edcula Funcional n\u00ba 050, lotada na SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE EDUCA\u00c7\u00c3O do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, nos termos do art. 6\u00ba da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 41 de 19 de Dezembro de 2003, c\/c art. 40, \u00a75\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal e o art. 44 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558\/2013, conforme processo do PREVLAJES n\u00ba 000008\/2017, a partir desta data at\u00e9 posterior delibera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos \u00e0 data de 06 de Abril de 2017.<\/p>\n
