TERMO ADITIVO CONTRATUAL QUE ENTRE SI CELEBRAM A PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN, E A EMPRESA CAMERITE SISTEMAS S.A.<\/div>\n

OBJETO: O presente aditivo \u00e9 de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o de prazo por mais 12 (doze) meses, visando \u00e0 continua\u00e7\u00e3o dos\u00a0SERVI\u00c7OS DE FORNECIMENTO DE SOLU\u00c7\u00c3O EM SEGURAN\u00c7A, ATRAV\u00c9S DE PLATAFORMA DE MONITORAMENTO INCLUINDO MANUTEN\u00c7\u00c3O PREVENTIVA E CORRETIVA COM GRAVA\u00c7\u00c3O, ARMAZENAMENTO, GERENCIAMENTO, LEITURA DE PLACA E RECONHECIMENTO DE FACES ATRAV\u00c9S DE C\u00c2MERAS EM SISTEMA DE VIDEOMONITORAMENTO 100% EM NUVEM, COM ACESSOS VIA WEB E VIA APLICATIVOS PARA SISTEMAS IOS E ANDROID<\/b>, que foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo n\u00ba 040\/2022.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0<\/b>CAMERITE SISTEMAS S.A,\u00a0<\/b>inscrita no\u00a0CNPJ sob n\u00ba<\/b>\u00a005.818.541\/0001-45<\/b>, com sede na Avenida Santos Dumont, n\u00ba 935, T\u00e9rreo, no munic\u00edpio de Joinville, Estado do Santa Catarina, CEP: 89.218-105, sendo representada pelo Senhor\u00a0UEBERTON CRISTIAN DE AQUINO<\/b>, brasileiro, inscrito no CPF: 048.423.279-79 e RG 4765406 SSP\/SC.<\/p>\n

VIG\u00caNCIA: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 prorrogado contado, a partir\u00a0de 11 de julho de 2023 at\u00e9 10 de julho de 2024.<\/b><\/p>\n

DO PAGAMENTO: Os pagamentos ser\u00e3o realizados de acordo com a presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os descriminados nas Ordens de Servi\u00e7os emitidas pelo respons\u00e1vel desta Prefeitura Municipal.<\/p>\n
