006\/2023<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aprova Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa de Fortalecimento Emergencial do Atendimento do Cadastro \u00danico no Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social \u2013 PROCAD\/SUAS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O CONSELHO MUNICIPAL DE ASSIST\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES\/RN, reunido no dia 25 de julho de 2023, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNAS\/MDS n\u00ba 96, de 15 de fevereiro de 2023 que aprova a institui\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa de Fortalecimento Emergencial do Atendimento do Cadastro \u00danico no Sistema \u00danico da Assist\u00eancia Social (PROCAD \u2013 SUAS), e os crit\u00e9rios de partilha do financiamento federal do Programa no exerc\u00edcio de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO a Portaria MDS n\u00ba 871, de 29 de mar\u00e7o de 2023 que regulamenta as a\u00e7\u00f5es do Programa de Fortalecimento Emergencial do Atendimento do Cadastro \u00danico no Sistema \u00danico da Assist\u00eancia Social, institu\u00eddo e aprovado por meio da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o MDS\/CIT n\u00ba 01, de 07 de fevereiro de 2023, da Comiss\u00e3o Intergestores Tripartite (CIT) e Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o MDS\/CNAS n\u00ba 96, de 15 de fevereiro de 2023, do Conselho Nacional de Assist\u00eancia Social (CNAS).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/b>\u00a0APROVAR o Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa de Fortalecimento Emergencial do Atendimento do Cadastro \u00danico no Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social \u2013 PROCAD\/SUAS, a ser executado no \u00e2mbito do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, durante o exerc\u00edcio de 2023.<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lajes\/RN, 25 de JULHO de
