\u201cAbre ao Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio, cr\u00e9dito suplementar no valor global de R$ 345.000,00 (Trezentos e quarenta e cinco mil reais).\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE,\u00a0<\/b>no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba. –<\/b>\u00a0Fica o Chefe do Poder legislativo autorizado a abrir por resolu\u00e7\u00e3o um cr\u00e9dito adicional suplementar na import\u00e2ncia de R$ 345.000,00 (Trezentos e quarenta e cinco mil reais), para as dota\u00e7\u00f5es constantes no anexo I desta Lei.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba. –<\/b>\u00a0Os recursos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 abertura do cr\u00e9dito adicional suplementar de que trata o artigo anterior s\u00e3o oriundos da anula\u00e7\u00e3o, de igual import\u00e2ncia, das dota\u00e7\u00f5es discriminadas no Anexo II a desta lei.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba. –<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
