TERCEIRO TERMO ADITIVO AO CONTRATO N\u00ba 009\/2022, FIRMADO ENTRE O MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN E A EMPRESA O M LEAL DE MESQUITA<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelo presente instrumento que entre si celebram, de um lado a\u00a0PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00b0 08.113.466\/0001-05, com sede \u00e0 Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, 17, Centro \u2013 Lajes\/RN, neste ato representada pelo Sr. Prefeito Municipal\u00a0FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, brasileiro, casado inscrito no CPF\/MF sob n\u00b0 090.085.724-27, residente e domiciliado \u00e0 Rua Vereador Mael Querino, n\u00ba 88 centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, doravante designado\u00a0CONTRATANTE<\/b>, e de outro lado a empresa\u00a0O M LEAL DE MESQUITA, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 17.737.082\/0001-54<\/b>, estabelecida na Avenida dos Arrecifes, n\u00ba 1205, centro, S\u00e3o Miguel do Gostoso\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.585-000, neste ato representado pelo (a) Senhor (a)\u00a0OLEDSON MANOEL LEAL DE MESQUISTA<\/b>, portador da Carteira de Identidade (RG) n.\u00ba 2084401 \u2013 SSP\/RN e do CPF n\u00ba 058.861.904-30, doravante denominada\u00a0CONTRATADA,\u00a0<\/b>considerando a exist\u00eancia do termo de contrato n\u00ba 009\/2023, celebrado em 08 de mar\u00e7o de 2022, o qual \u00e9 proveniente do Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico\u00a0Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico SRP n\u00ba 013\/2021<\/b>, sujeitando-se as partes \u00e0s normas disciplinares da Lei n.\u00ba 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993, e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o pertinente a mat\u00e9ria, resolvem celebrar o presente TERMO ADITIVO pelas cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es seguintes:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA 1. DO OBJETO<\/b><\/p>\n

1.1.O presente Termo Aditivo objetiva o reajuste de pre\u00e7os do contrato n\u00ba 09\/2022, que tem por objeto a\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA DO RAMO PERTINENTE PARA A LOCA\u00c7\u00c3O VE\u00cdCULOS, LEVES, PESADOS E M\u00c1QUINAS PARA ATENDER A DEMANDA DAS DIVERSAS SECRETARIAS MUNICIPAIS DE LAJES\/RN, BEM COMO SERVI\u00c7OS ESSENCIAIS PRESTADOS \u00c0 POPULA\u00c7\u00c3O DESTE MUNIC\u00cdPIO<\/b>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA 2. DA FUNDAMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O LEGAL<\/b><\/p>\n

2.1. O presente termo \u00e9 fundamentado al\u00ednea \u201cd\u201d, do Inciso II, do art. 65, da Lei Federal 8.666\/93.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA 3. DOS VALORES DO TERMO ADITIVO<\/b><\/p>\n

3.1. O presente termo aditivo reajusta pre\u00e7os do contrato supracitado em 25% (vinte e cinco por cento), conforme explicitando em planilha anexa a este termo.<\/p>\n

3.2. Em virtude do percentual de reajuste descrito nesta cl\u00e1usula o presente termo aditivo ser\u00e1 de R$ 76.633,50 (setenta e seis mil seiscentos e trinta e tr\u00eas reais e cinquenta centavos).<\/p>\n

3.3. O valor do global do contrato, que era de R$ 606.138,00 (seiscentos e seis mil, cento e trinta e oito reais), passar\u00e1 para R$ 682.771,50 (seiscentos e oitenta e dois mil setecentos e setenta e um reais e cinquenta centavos).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA 4. DA JUSTIFICATIVA<\/b><\/p>\n

4.1. Justificam este aditivo, bem como os expedientes afins, est\u00e3o contidos nos autos do Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 111\/2023, apenso aos autos do processo do Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico acima descrito.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA 5. DAS DEMAIS CLA\u00daSULAS CONTRATUAIS<\/b><\/p>\n

5.1. Ficam ratificadas as demais cl\u00e1usulas contratuais, desde que n\u00e3o contrariem o que ficou convencionado no presente Termo Aditivo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

E, por estarem assim, justos e acordados, firmam o presente Termo Aditivo ao Instrumento de Contrato, em 02 (duas) vias de igual teor, para que produzam seus jur\u00eddicos e legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
