O Prefeito Municipal de LAJES\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais vem atrav\u00e9s da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, faz publicar o SEGUNDO TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, a seguir:<\/p>\n

SEGUNDO TERMO ADITIVO CONTRATUAL QUE ENTRE SI CELEBRAM A PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN, E A WASTE COLETA DE RES\u00cdDUOS HOSPITALARES LTDA.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OBJETO:\u00a0O presente aditivo \u00e9 o acr\u00e9scimo de 25% do CONTRATO N\u00ba 007\/2022, OBJETIVANDO A CONTINUA\u00c7\u00c3O DA PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE COLETA, TRANSPORTE, GERENCIAMENTO, TRATAMENTO (POR MEIO DE INCINERA\u00c7\u00c3O) E DESTINO FINAL DOS RES\u00cdDUOS S\u00d3LIDOS ORIUNDOS DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE SA\u00daDE DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE SA\u00daDE DE LAJES, DOS GRUPOS \u201cA\u201d, \u201cB\u201d E \u2018E\u201d, ASSIM DEFINIDOS PELAS RESOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES N\u00ba 358\/05 E 316\/02 DO CONAMA E RDC ANVISA N\u00ba 306\/04<\/b>\u00a0e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado\u00a0<\/b>que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo n\u00ba 007\/2022.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0WASTE COLETA DE RES\u00cdDUOS HOSPITALARES LTDA \u2013 inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00b0 20.474.613\/0001-78<\/b>, estabelecida ao S\u00edtio M\u00e3e D\u2019\u00e1gua \u2013 SN \u2013 Galp\u00e3o A \u2013 Zona Rural \u2013 Souza\/PB \u2013 CEP: 58.814-00, sendo representada pelo Senhor RICARDO DANTAS DE ARA\u00daJO J\u00daNIOR, portador do CPF: 447.148.314-53.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DO VALOR: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 acrescido o percentual de 25% (vinte e cinco por cento), onde o presente termo aditivo ter\u00e1 o valor de R$ 15.525,00 (quinze mil quinhentos e vinte cinco reais);<\/p>\n

Fica alterado o contrato n\u00ba 007\/2022,<\/b>\u00a0com seu valor global de R$ 62.100,00 (sessenta e dois mil e cem reais) para R$ 77.625,00 (setenta e sete mil seiscentos e vinte e cinco reais), conforme descrito na tabela \u00e0 abaixo.<\/p>\n

FUNDAMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O LEGAL: Fundamentado no art. 65 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93, bem como, a fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o que vincula-se ao contrato em tela.<\/p>\n
