OBJETO:\u00a0CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE TERMO ADITIVO DE PRORROGA\u00c7\u00c3O DO CONTRATO ADMINISTRATIVO N\u00b0 008\/2022, POR 04 (QUATRO) MESES, REFERENTE \u00c0 CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA DO RAMO PERTINENTE PARA A LOCA\u00c7\u00c3O VE\u00cdCULOS PESADOS PARA MANUTEN\u00c7\u00c3O DA COLETA DE RES\u00cdDUOS S\u00d3LIDOS DOMICILIARES SUA CORRETA DESTINA\u00c7\u00c3O FINAL; E, DE UM CAMINH\u00c3O LIMPA FOSSA,\u00a0<\/b>e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado\u00a0<\/b>que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo Preg\u00e3o Presencial n\u00ba 008\/2021.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0<\/b>WASTE COLETA DE RESIDUOS HOSPITALARES LTDA, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 20.474.613\/0001-78<\/b>, estabelecida no S\u00edtio M\u00e3e D\u2019\u00e1gua, s\/n, Zona Rural, Sousa\/PB \u2013 CEP: 58.814-000, neste ato representado pelo Senhor\u00a0RICARDO DANTAS DE ARA\u00daJO J\u00daNIOR<\/b>, portador do CPF: 447.148.314-53.<\/p>\n

DA VIG\u00caNCIA: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 prorrogado contado,\u00a0a partir de 29 de maio de 2023 at\u00e9 28 de setembro de 2023.<\/b><\/p>\n
