LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00b0 950, DE 18 DE MAIO DE 2023<\/p>\n

\u201cDeclara como patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico, cultural imaterial do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN a Semana Alzira Soriano, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE,\u00a0<\/b>no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Fica declarada como Patrim\u00f4nio Hist\u00f3rico, Cultural Imaterial do munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN a\u00a0Semana Alzira Soriano<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Como Patrim\u00f4nio Hist\u00f3rico, Cultural Imaterial a Semana Alzira Soriano, deve ser preservada.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico \u2013\u00a0<\/b>\u00c9\u00a0<\/b>de compet\u00eancia da Prefeitura Municipal de Lajes\/RN a condu\u00e7\u00e3o das iniciativas necess\u00e1rias para promover a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o deste Patrim\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
