Ap\u00f3s o aviso de dilig\u00eancia publicada em 26\/04\/2023, a empresa interessada protocolou a resposta no dia seguinte (27\/04\/2023), com as devidas corre\u00e7\u00f5es aritm\u00e9ticas. Ap\u00f3s verifica\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pela comiss\u00e3o, o certame teve como vencedora a empresa\u00a0WSC – EMPREENDIMENTOS E CONSTRUCOES LTDA, CNPJ: 03.231.417\/0001-53,\u00a0<\/b>que apresentou a melhor proposta, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 3.048.210,79 (tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es quarenta e oito mil duzentos e dez reais e setenta e nove centavos).<\/b><\/p>\n

Na forma disposta no art. 109 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93, fica aberto o prazo de 05 (cinco) dias \u00fateis a partir de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o para a interposi\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos administrativos, contra esta decis\u00e3o.
