LEI N\u00ba 574\/2013<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Institui a Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o para desempenho de Atividade no Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, Faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Fica institu\u00edda a Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o pelo desempenho de Atividade no Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia, denominada GR-SAMU, a ser paga a todos os servidores cedidos ao servi\u00e7o SAMU, inclusive aqueles servidores cedidos pelo Estado ou Uni\u00e3o, e entidades privadas.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>A GR-SAMU ser\u00e1 no valor de R$ 400,00 (quatrocentos reais) e ser\u00e1 paga com os demais vencimentos e vantagens do servidor.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>O Chefe do Poder Executivo dever\u00e1 editar e publicar ato administrativo contendo o nome e o cargo de todos os servidores a serem beneficiados pela GR-SAMU, em at\u00e9 30 (trinta) dias.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Fica o Poder Executivo autorizado a contratar, em car\u00e1ter tempor\u00e1rio e excepcional, 03 (tr\u00eas) servidores para ocupar o cargo de T\u00e9cnico de Enfermagem \u2013 com capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e experi\u00eancia comprovadas em servi\u00e7o de urg\u00eancia e emerg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Fica o Poder Executivo autorizado a abrir cr\u00e9dito especial, se necess\u00e1rio, para atender as despesas decorrentes desta Lei Complementar na forma dos arts. 40 e 41, inciso II, da Lei n\u00ba 4.320 de 17\/03\/1964.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos financeiros ao dia 02 de Maio de 2013 e revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
