LEI N\u00ba 562\/2013<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Autoriza o Poder Executivo a conceder gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o mensal, para os membros da Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e para o Pregoeiro do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei;<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Ficam criadas Gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es aos servidores p\u00fablicos municipais, designados pela autoridade competente e mediante ato administrativo, para integrar a Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e Pregoeiro, com fun\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais \u00e0quelas dos respectivos cargos.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 devida mensalmente aos Membros titulares da Comiss\u00e3o Municipal Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o e ao Pregoeiro, mediante os seguintes valores:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I – Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o: R$ 1.500,00 (hum mil e quinhentos reais);<\/p>\n

II \u2013 Membros da Comiss\u00e3o: R$ 500,00 (quinhentos reais);<\/p>\n

III \u2013 Secret\u00e1rio da Comiss\u00e3o: R$ 400,00 (quatrocentos reais);<\/p>\n

IV \u2013 Pregoeiro: R$ 800,00 (oitocentos reais).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico:\u00a0<\/b>As\u00a0<\/b>gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es mensais estabelecidas nos incisos I, II, III e IV ser\u00e3o reajustadas em observ\u00e2ncia aos percentuais atribu\u00eddos e definidos por lei, para o reajuste dos Secret\u00e1rios Municipais.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0As Gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o devidas a servidor na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de Agente Pol\u00edtico e n\u00e3o s\u00e3o cumulativas entre si.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0As despesas decorrentes com a execu\u00e7\u00e3o desta Lei correr\u00e3o por conta das verbas consignadas no Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, em dota\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Lei entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
