Abre Super\u00e1vit Financeiro no valor de R$ 1.156.558,38, para os fins que especifica e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela ei Org\u00e2nica Municipal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Fica aberto, no corrente exerc\u00edcio, um Super\u00e1vit Financeiro no valor de R$ 1.156.558,38 (um milh\u00e3o, cento e cinquenta e seis mil, quinhentos e cinquenta e oito reais e trinta e oito centavos) \u00e0s dota\u00e7\u00f5es especificadas no Anexo I deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Constitui fonte de recursos para fazer face ao cr\u00e9dito de que trata o artigo anterior, ao Super\u00e1vit Financeiro, das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias discriminadas no Anexo II deste Decreto.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Este Decreto entra e vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
