\u201cDisp\u00f5e sobre a semana municipal de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do autismo no munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN e d\u00e1 outra provid\u00eancia.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE,\u00a0<\/b>no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Fica institu\u00edds no munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN a Semana Municipal de Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Autismo com o objetivo de informar e conscientizar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n

local.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.\u00a0<\/b>A Semana Municipal da Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Autismo ser\u00e1 realizada, anualmente, a partir do dia 02 de abril, dia este em que \u00e9 comemorado o Dia Mundial de Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Autismo.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>A Semana Municipal de Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Autismo tem como finalidade promover campanhas publicit\u00e1rias, institucionais, semin\u00e1rios, palestras e cursos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada para os profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, comunidade escolar e familiares interessados em conhecer, estudar e melhor se adaptar ao assunto Transtorno do Espectro do Autismo.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>O Poder P\u00fablico poder\u00e1 firmar conv\u00eanio e buscar parcerias para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nesta lei.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>As despesas decorrentes com a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da presente lei ocorrer\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias, suplementadas, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n
