Disp\u00f5e sobre a cess\u00e3o de servidor municipal e d\u00e1 outras providencias.<\/i><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNICIPIO DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE,\u00a0<\/b>no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas pela ei Org\u00e2nica Municipal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 313\/2023.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba.<\/b>\u00a0Fica disposta a cess\u00e3o do (a) Servidor (a) P\u00fablico (a) Municipal\u00a0Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9nilson Santos da Cruz<\/b>, matr\u00edcula n\u00b0 0390, Digitador, para o\u00a0Tribunal de Regional Eleitoral do Rio Grande Do Norte, Ju\u00edzo Eleitoral da 17\u00ba zona<\/b>, onde o mesmo prestar\u00e1 seus relevantes servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba.<\/b>\u00a0A cess\u00e3o ser\u00e1 pelo per\u00edodo de\u00a005 de julho de 2023 at\u00e9 o dia 04 de julhode 2024\u00a0<\/b>e poder\u00e1 ser extinta a qualquer tempo por conveni\u00eancia ou necessidade do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba.<\/b>\u00a0Esta Portaria entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
