LEI N\u00ba 638\/2014<\/p>\n

Autoriza o Poder Executivo a contratar opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito Interno no valor de R$ 765.000,00 (setecentos e sessenta e cinco mil reais) e d\u00e1 outras providencias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, nos termos da Lei Federal n.\u00ba 4320\/64, Lei Complementar 101\/2000, e Lei Municipal 591, de 02\/12\/2013, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– O Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, por interm\u00e9dio do Poder Executivo, fica aprovado a Contratar Opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito Interno, com o Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social \u2013 BNDES, at\u00e9 o valor de R$ 765.000,00 (setecentos e sessenta e cinco mil reais).<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Os recursos provenientes da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito autorizada no capit deste artigo ser\u00e3o aplicados, exclusivamente, na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de 03 (tr\u00eas) \u00f4nibus escolares, destinados ao transporte escolar do munic\u00edpio, no \u00e2mbito do Programa Caminho da Escola, executado em parceria com o FNDE e o munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>O munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, por interm\u00e9dio do Poder Executivo, fica autorizado a oferecer, como contrapartida as receitas provenientes do artigo 156 e inciso I, al\u00ednea \u201cb\u201d do art. 159 todos da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>O Poder Executivo dever\u00e1 incluir nos Projetos Atividades, da PPA, LDO e LOA da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura conforme anexo I a esta Lei.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Fica ainda o Poder Executivo autorizado a incluir no PPA, LDO e LOA os recursos necess\u00e1rios para cobertura de despesas com os encargos financeiros e as amortiza\u00e7\u00f5es durante a vig\u00eancia do contrato da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
