LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 634\/2014<\/p>\n

EMENTA: \u201cDISP\u00d5E SOBRE A UTILIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PR\u00c9DIOS P\u00daBLICOS POR TEMPO DETERMINADO PARA REALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EVENTOS EDUCATIVOS, ESPORTIVOS, CULTURAIS, RELIGIOSOS OU DE OUTRA NATUREZA QUE VISE O INTERESSE P\u00daBLICO NO \u00c2MBITO DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN, E DA OUTRAS PROVID\u00caNCIAS\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES APROVOU, E A MESA DIRETORA PROMULGA A SEGUINTE LEI:<\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Fica autorizada a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos no \u00e2mbito do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN por tempo determinado para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos educativos, esportivos, culturais, religiosos ou de outra natureza que vise o interesse p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos ser\u00e1 concedida aos interessados que apresentarem requerimento escrito com exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de justificativa ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pelo pr\u00e9dio requerido.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>O requerimento de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser apresentado com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 10 (dez) dias a data solicitada.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Atividades lucrativas s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o autorizadas se forem realizadas por entidades p\u00fablicas de car\u00e1ter social ou filantr\u00f3pico com destina\u00e7\u00e3o social comprovada.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>O uso de pr\u00e9dio escolar \u00e9 permitido desde que n\u00e3o prejudique o funcionamento normal da Escola no per\u00edodo de aula ou de atividades extracurriculares.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Ser\u00e1 devolvido e solicitada a corre\u00e7\u00e3o aos requerimentos que:<\/p>\n

I \u2013\u00a0<\/b>N\u00e3o conste a assinatura do respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

II \u2013\u00a0<\/b>N\u00e3o conste a justificativa pela qual est\u00e1 sendo requerido o pr\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n

III \u2013\u00a0<\/b>N\u00e3o conste o per\u00edodo no qual o pr\u00e9dio ser\u00e1 utilizado.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>No ato do recebimento do pr\u00e9dio o requerente assinar\u00e1 um termo de responsabilidade pelo estabelecimento durante o per\u00edodo no qual o mesmo estiver sob seu dom\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Durante o tempo de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00e9dio o respons\u00e1vel dever\u00e1 estabelecer mecanismos que incentive a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Quando da comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de danos ao pr\u00e9dio ou aos utens\u00edlios presentes no mesmo, o respons\u00e1vel que constou sua assinatura no termo de responsabilidade ter\u00e1 um prazo de 15 (quinze) dias \u00fateis para reparar os danos causados ao patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>As despesas decorrentes da execu\u00e7\u00e3o desta Lei ocorrer\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias, suplementadas se necess\u00e1rio pelo Executivo.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Esta lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o revogada as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contrario.<\/p>\n
