Alterar a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 518 de 23 de Agosto de 2010, e d\u00e1 outras providencias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e constitucionais, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Lajes\/RN aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– O Artigo 1\u00ba da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 518 de 23 de Agosto de 2010 passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 1\u00ba – Fica o Chefe do Poder Executivo autorizado a doar um im\u00f3vel pertencente ao patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico municipal para a Uni\u00e3o Federal, para uso exclusivo do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Rio Grande do Norte, uma \u00e1rea de 1.030,80m\u00b2 de superf\u00edcie, localizado na Avenida Jos\u00e9 Milit\u00e3o Martins, SN, Centro, no munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, com a seguinte descri\u00e7\u00e3o: ao norte, medindo 75,25 metros limitando-se com \u00e1rea destinada ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado; ao sul, medindo 68,59 metros com \u00e1rea pertencente ao munic\u00edpio; ao leste, medindo 15,00 metros com a \u00e1rea da Avenida Jos\u00e9 Milit\u00e3o Martins; ao oeste, medindo 15,00 metros com a \u00e1rea pertencente \u00e0 Escola Estadual Ol\u00edmpio Proc\u00f3pio de Moura; partindo do v\u00e9rtice 8 com azimute de 88\u00ba33\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 77,25 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 15 com azimute de 202\u00ba18\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 15,00 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 16, partindo do v\u00e9rtice 16 com azimute de 267\u00ba30\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 68,59 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 7, com um azimute de 256\u00ba08\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 15,00 chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 8, que totaliza a \u00e1rea total de 1.030,80 metros quadrados\u201d.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
