LEI N\u00ba 629\/2014<\/p>\n

Alterar a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 521 de 06 de Outubro de 2010, e d\u00e1 outras providencias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e constitucionais, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Lajes\/RN aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– O Artigo 1\u00ba da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 521 de 06 de Outubro de 2010 passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 1\u00ba – Fica o Chefe do Poder Executivo autorizado a doar um im\u00f3vel pertencente ao patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico municipal ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Rio Grande do Norte, representado pela Procuradoria-Geral de Justi\u00e7a, inscrito no CNPJ n\u00ba 08.539.710\/0001-04, uma \u00e1rea de 1.087,50m\u00b2 de superf\u00edcie, localizado na Avenida Jos\u00e9 Milit\u00e3o Martins, SN, Centro, no munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, com a seguinte descri\u00e7\u00e3o: ao norte, medindo 56,14 metros limitando-se com \u00e1rea destinada a Igreja; ao sul, medindo 49,39 metros com \u00e1rea destinada ao Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Rio Grande do Norte; ao leste, medindo 21,94 metros com a \u00e1rea da Avenida Jos\u00e9 Milit\u00e3o Martins; ao oeste, medindo 20,35 metros com a \u00e1rea de posse indefinida; partindo do v\u00e9rtice 10 com azimute de 88\u00ba33\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 56,14 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 13 com azimute de 173\u00ba19\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 3,26 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 14, com azimute de 202\u00ba18\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 18,68 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 15, partindo do v\u00e9rtice 15 com um azimute de 268\u00ba33\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 49,39 chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 9, partindo do v\u00e9rtice 9 com azimute de 349\u00ba55\u2019 e uma dist\u00e2ncia de 20,35 metros chega-se ao v\u00e9rtice 10 que totaliza a \u00e1rea total de 1.087,50 metros quadrados\u201d.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
