EMENTA: \u201cDISP\u00d5E SOBRE A OBRIGATORIEDADE DE OFERTAR ALIMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O ESCOLAR DIFERENCIADA PARA OS ALUNOS DIAB\u00c9TICOS, HIPERTENSOS, OBESOS E QUE TENHAM INTOLERANCIA A LACTOSE NA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ENSINO.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES APROVOU E EU, NOS TERMOS DO ARTIGO 34 DA LEI ORG\u00c2NICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO, PROMULGO A SEGUINTE LEI:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Fica institu\u00eddo a obrigatoriedade de se ofertar por parte do Poder Executivo, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o escolar diferenciada para alunos diab\u00e9ticos, hipertensos obesos e que tenham intoler\u00e2ncia a lactose matriculada na Rede Municipal, Ensino Fundamental e nas creches;<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– O card\u00e1pio da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de que trata o artigo 1\u00ba para os alunos diab\u00e9ticos, hipertensos, obesos e que tenham intoler\u00e2ncia a lactose ser\u00e1 elaborado e desenvolvido pela Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00b0 –\u00a0<\/b>A Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade dever\u00e1 elaborar e fornecer \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s exames de constata\u00e7\u00e3o, rela\u00e7\u00e3o completa de todos os alunos matriculados na rede municipal de ensino portadores de diabetes, hipertens\u00e3o, intoler\u00e2ncia a lactose e obesidade para que a estes sejam ofertados alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o diferenciada.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0As despesas decorrentes para o cumprimento da presente Lei correr\u00e3o \u00e0 conta dos recursos Federais transferidos ao Municipio de Lajes pelo Programa Nacional de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (PNAE)<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00b0 –\u00a0<\/b>Caber\u00e1 ao Conselho de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar a responsabilidade pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do disposto nesta Lei, pela aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos correspondentes e pela qualidade e pelo controle dos alimentos utilizados.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00b0 –\u00a0<\/b>Competir\u00e1 a um profissional Nutricionista elaborar o card\u00e1pio a ser fornecido aos alunos espec\u00edficos no artigo 2\u00ba;<\/p>\n

Art. 7\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>– O Poder Executivo regulamentar\u00e1 a presente lei no prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias, contados da data de publica\u00e7\u00e3o desta Lei.<\/p>\n
