LEI N\u00ba 617\/2014<\/p>\n

Autoriza a abertura de Cr\u00e9dito Especial \u00e0 Dota\u00e7\u00e3o do Or\u00e7amento vigente, e cont\u00eam outras providencias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, nos termos da Lei n.\u00ba 591 de 02 de dezembro de 2013, artigos 2.\u00ba e artigos 42 e 43 da Lei 4320\/64, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– De acordo com a Lei n\u00ba 591 de 02 de dezembro de 2013, fica autorizada a abertura de Cr\u00e9dito Especial \u00e0 dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria vigente no valor de R$ 340.000,00 (trezentos e quarenta mil reais): para atender \u00e0s programa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do Anexo I desta Lei<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Os recursos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 abertura do cr\u00e9dito de que trata o art. 1\u00ba decorre de:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Emenda Parlamentar C\u00f3digo n\u00ba 532032014011, destinada a Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de Caminh\u00e3o Equipado com Coletor e Compactador de Lixo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
