Ap\u00f3s efetuar a competente an\u00e1lise,\u00a0HOMOLOGO<\/b>\u00a0todos os atos praticados no processo licitat\u00f3rio na modalidade PREG\u00c3O PRESENCIAL SRP N\u00ba. 001\/2023 \u2013 PML com o objetivo de\u00a0REGISTRO DE PRE\u00c7OS PARA FUTURA AQUISI\u00c7\u00c3O DE PEIXES DESTINADOS PARA DOA\u00c7\u00c3O \u00c0S FAM\u00cdLIAS CARENTES DESTE MUNIC\u00cdPIO, INSERIDAS NOS PROGRAMAS SOCIAIS DO GOVERNO FEDERAL, NO PER\u00cdODO DA SEMANA SANTA ATRAV\u00c9S DO PROGRAMA \u201cPEIXE PARA O POVO\u201d, DA PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>.<\/b>\u00a0Adjudicando o objeto em ep\u00edgrafe, em favor da Empresa:\u00a0INDUSTRIA CRUZ DE PESCADOS LTDA, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 09.015.680\/0001-91<\/b>, estabelecida a Rua Jardim das Flores, S\/N, Zona de Expans\u00e3o, Maca\u00edba\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.280-000, sendo representada pelo Senhor ADMILSON DE LIMA BATISTA, portador do CPF n\u00ba 056.454.504-00 e RG n\u00ba 093185 \u2013 SSP\/RN, saiu vencedor(a) no(s) item(ns) 01 no valor unit\u00e1rio de R$ 19,10 (dezenove reais e dez centavos), perfazendo o valor global de R$ 152.800,00 (cento e cinquenta e dois mil e oitocentos reais). Para que produzam os efeitos legais nos termos do art. 43, inciso VI da Lei n\u00ba. 8.666\/93, com suas posteriores altera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
