TERMO DE DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 013\/2023<\/p>\n

PROCESSO ADMINISTRATIVO N\u00ba 1195\/2022<\/b><\/div>\n

O\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas, e<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer exarado pela Assessoria Jur\u00eddica deste Munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0o disposto no inciso II, artigo 24 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.666\/1993, de 21 de junho de 1993, verbis:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 24 \u2013 \u00c9 dispens\u00e1vel a Licita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

II – para outros servi\u00e7os e compras de valor at\u00e9 10% (dez por cento) do limite previsto na al\u00ednea “a”, do inciso II do artigo anterior e para aliena\u00e7\u00f5es, nos casos previstos nesta Lei, desde que n\u00e3o se refiram a parcelas de um mesmo servi\u00e7o, compra ou aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de maior vulto que possa ser realizada de uma s\u00f3 vez;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/b>que a escolha da proposta vencedora se deu ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa mercadol\u00f3gica de mercado;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria em vigor (exerc\u00edcio de 2023), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2023) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo Setor de competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/b><\/p>\n

DISPENSAR de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Com fundamento no\u00a0Art. 24, II, da Lei federal 8.666\/93,\u00a0<\/b>o seguinte objeto:<\/p>\n

AQUISI\u00c7\u00c3O DE CADEIRA DE RODAS E DE BANHO, COM ESPEC\u00cdFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES PARA 02 (DUAS) CRIAN\u00c7AS COM DIAGN\u00d3STICO DE PARALISIA CEREBRAL,\u00a0<\/b>em favor de\u00a0SERVIP COMERCIO, SERVICOS E LOCACOES LTDA, CNPJ\/CPF n\u00ba 38.249.122\/0001-99<\/b>, estabelecida \u00e0 Rua S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do campestre, n\u00ba 2604, Lagoa Nova, Natal\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.063-090, que apresentou a melhor proposta para o objeto em tela, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 16.950,00 (dezesseis mil, novecentos e cinquenta reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

A Prefeitura Municipal efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite normal do processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa.<\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 1195\/2022, bem como seu enquadramento legal, RATIFICO o\u00a0TERMO DE DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 013\/2023,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
